There was a water issue and I’d nave any good communication on the status of when water was going to be restored. I travelled for work and did not get much help from staff they said I needed to wait for the manager and did not seem to try and help in the meantime.

The check-in and check-out process was very easy. The location is perfect and the cabin was clean and beds were comfortable. Stayed here with my family.

Shadow Mountain Lodge was so beautiful, quiet, and made you feel so comfortable. Very close to many restaurants, shops, and events. I will return.
