We loved everything!!!! From the staff to all the amenities. Every staff member we interacted with was so sweet and went above and beyond. We were even able to upgrade to a room with a view and it was beautiful. The free breakfast even had tamales!! Breakfast was amazing. The pool felt great and the fires on the patio were perfect to go eat our pizza and wings by. If you're reading the bad reviews left by some. Don't listen. Some people are never happy and love to nitpick. Everyone knows that every hotel in NM and TX does not clean your room or give you fresh towels unless you request it. This is due to covid. You know the whole pandemic the entire world went through? There's even signs on the mirrors in the bathrooms letting you know you need to request such things. Not to mention, not everyone wants housekeeping. The room did have hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and even face wipes. Anything else beyond that, they even have a store you can purchase razors and things like that. If you need more, just ask. They can't read your mind. Want a view? Then ask. Room dirty? Ask for another or for it to be cleaned. If you didn't notice, the resort is huge. And theres more than two employees. Believe it or not, every place you go to has had hundreds if not thousands of other ppl using the rooms. Let's be realistic. This place is amazing.

The atmosphere at the Taos Inn is exceptional. The bed was very comfy, thank you for the extra blankets which we used because it was cold, the bath-shower combo had a grab rail for safety and our room (king suite) was quiet and charming. We enjoyed the morning coffee in the lounge and dined at the inn two nights in a row. The food at both the bar and Doc Martin's is excellent. The location right opposite the plaza was very handy. The decor was very New Mexico and having a kiva in the room was a treat. Taos is an understated little town, there are some great things to do and see here. Plan a couple of nights at least.

The entire room was beautiful. It was very clean without the overbearing odor of dirt and disinfectant. It was quiet. My only complaint was that on my floor, the ice maker didn't work. But, the next floor down did, a quick ride in the elevator and I had all the ice I needed. I will probably always stay at ohkay casino in Espanola every time I spend the night there.

Everything was very good....except it would have been nice to have an herbal tea as I don't drink coffee or black tea for health reasons. The rooms are always lovely....clean and comfortable. It's a one-stop for all deal.....don't need to leave the premises to look for a place to eat. My husband enjoyed his complimentary beers.

everything about the cabin was great. very clean upon arrival, very comfortable beds, great staff that were very helpful. the cabin was very cozy. All and all a great place to spend time with friends and family.

Perfect weekend getaway. A nice quiet stay in a perfect location really goes a long way when traveling. This lodge pairs well with the good times to be had when visiting Ruidoso, New Mexico.

Staying at Luna Mystica is a unique experience. I loved the renovated camper. I loved making s'mores on the private campfire 🔥.
