Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They shuttled me to the rental car drop off and to the airport, both trips being outside their shuttles operating hours. I didn’t even have to ask, they just said they’d do it for me.

We arrived late and needed to be picked up at the airport, the shuttle service stopped at midnight but I called and the shuttle driver stayed late to pick us up. The next morning they drove us to the car rental location. Breakfast was one the best I have even had at a hotel. Stuff was so helpful and pleasant.

It is close to a number of restaurant options. The hotel was quiet. The staff was friendly and competent. Check in and check out was extremely easy. The room looked like it might have been recently upgraded. It was large and very clean. There is a kitchen area with cupboards and a sink but there were no dishes or cutlery inside the cupboards. That was not a deal breaker for us and they may have just not gotten that far if they did recently renovate. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was great with a number of selections. We felt very comfortable at this hotel and will definitely be staying again when in Albuquerque. Great value for what we paid.

This is an older hotel, no frills, but very clean & comfortable. We had an artist's room, which was beautiful. The Native American art and decor is beautiful and peaceful throughout the hotel. The pool and surrounding area are especially nice. We go to ABQ to visit family, and our grandkids love the pool & hot tub. The staff are nice & helpful. Daily room checks are great for coffee, TP, etc. Keurig coffeemaker maker in room. The location is ideal for us, close to I-25 & plenty of restaurants.

I kinda don't want to share with the world how much I love this hotel! We 'discovered' it in June and came back in September for my wife's and her dad's birthdays. She and I had a suite and pops-in-law had a king room. This was our second stay here and we have already planned the next trip to ABQ to include Arrive.
