Hard to fine poor signage
We were within a 12 min walk to the baseball stadium and the Pike place market.
Room over a busy street but the air conditioner is not very noisy so we were able to sleep with it on
quick check in. professional service rep's room was clean
everyone at the hotel were so nice! The location is perfect for Mariners games, shopping, dining out, the waterfront, Pike's Market and exploring Seattle.
Pleasant and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room
The bistro was fairly plain, with a lot of packaging used for the 'take-out' option for eating in your room
Our room, in the 2nd floor, was facing a tall wall very close to the room's windows. Therefore during our whole stay at the hotel we had the curtains closed (day & night). SIMPLY UNACCEPTABLE. When we complained in the reception, the front desk staff just said that this was the only queen bed room available. It might be so but this room was not appropriate for hotel guests. Everything overpriced from the staff all the way to the room.
Near the waterfront
No glasses or cups, only paper cups
Location is great, rooms are comfortable and amenities are lovely.
Staff attitude when I requested tea for the room ( it was advertised there were tea/coffee making facilities in the room) was quite rude, and unnecessary.
The room was cozy and clean.
We travelled with other family members who had a misunderstanding with the hotel staff. Supposedly they gave them a free breakfast, that ended charged to our room.
Convenient to waterfront and shopping. Our corner room was spacious and comfortable. Guest relations was excellent.
Scaffolding surrounding the hotel for renovations. Safety was a concern within a few blocks of the hotel.
Proximity to Safeco field. Nice hotel.
Valet parking was expensive. Room was expensive.
Comfy beds, room cleaned early each day.
Front desk staff, although friendly, didn't have much knowledge about the area and in that respect were not helpful.
1900's building had great architectural style, high ceilings, recently remodeled.
Expensive, not too many amenitites.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff, fantastic room, great location. Wifi worked brilliantly with no trouble. Restaurant attached to hotel for easy access to food, but also plenty in area.
employees were fabulous
bistro setting was cold
I liked the proximity to the things that we needed to see
We booked a room with a pull out couch for more room and then we were given a room with only one chair. We were offered to move rooms but my wife had already had a nap in the bed, so they said that they would take off 50 bucks. When I got the check out bill this was not deducted so once again I had to go downstairs and ask again. They questioned me. Also we booked at a 28 dollar parking rate for the night only to be told that it was an old price and it was now closer to 40 dollars. We were not impressed with this hotel what so ever.
Staff was super helpful and location was perfect.
The location was great for what we were there for, ball park and waterfront, pike's market.
The early wake up, 3:30 am by the garbage truck in the alley our window faced and then again at 6:30 am
Bar and restaurant very marginal
Attached Bistro was better staffed and better trained with excellent service and food offerings than the hotel.
Closeness to various points of interest for tourists. Assistance provided by staff.
it was unfortunate that the room overlooked scaffolding for renovation work being done on the external façade of the building.
The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful. The bathroom was lovely & very spacious . The mattress was wonderful.
The hanging closet was quite small.
Check In and staff
Room is not so quite.
can not go again way to much money and the taxes!!!
Still waiting on my bill to be corrected. Too many hind charges plus they were high.
