Staff was friendly. Rooms were nice. Bed was comfy. Everything was awesome except for the lack of food options
For the cost of the room I expected more in terms of convienence for breakfast/ lunch. Sure the restaurant is ok at night but we could only order off the bar menu and take it to go when we arrived at the hotel (30 min before the restaurant closed) There is a Starbucks across the street and that's where we had to eat breakfast. Not exactly a hearty breakfast to start out. A complimentary breakfast (we all know is actually included in the room cost) would have been nice. For a tight schedule there isn't time to sit down at a restaurant we would have to walk 20minutes too or find a cab. Very disappointed in this
Customer service is always top notch. They do their best in fulfilling any special requests. Location of hotel is very convenient, everything is within walking distance.(Centurylink field, Pikes Market, Lite rail station)
Roger at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. Also did I mention the LOCATION! Near the lite rail, Pikes Market and Centurylink. Being able to reserve a towncar to the airport is really nice.
We loved our stay
We RSVP 3 rooms, 1 room through booking.com which was excellent and the other 3 through Marriott, which cost more $$$ and you would expect more...like FREE Valet Parking
The fact that I was able to check my bags while attending the game.
Ice machines are only on certain levels.
Front office and parking staff were very helpfull and very polite. Location could not be better for attending event at Qwest field.
security was a priority there. needed room key to operate elevator. we felt safe in the hotel the room was beautiful and comfortable. wish we could have rested there longer
lots of people just hanging around the downtown streets of seattle. we were a little uncomfortable with the area, but then again we are not used to city life. on the other hand, we arrived from the Amtrak which was just a short walk to the hotel. we were also able to ride the light rail to SeaTac airport in the a.m. this is only 2 blocks from the hotel; again we were able to walk. this saved us about $40 in cab fare
Valet service was very prompt and friendly.
Pull out couch was very uncomfortable. Pillows on couch were very stained. Robes would have been nice.
The rooms were very nice. Staff was great and the location was perfect.
Outside of my window there was a little landing where people had thrown cigarettes, lighters, and cigarette packs. It would have been a bit nicer if that had been clean or something creative could be done for the view.
Great location because we were wanting a place close to quest field.
Signage was not great. There needs to better and brighter signage that is visible as you drive up to the hotel
Location was convenient to the train station. The restaurant was good. Room was clean and comfortable.
Some traffic noise. Neighborhood a little "sketchy."
Cleanliness, comfortable bed and linens. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very comfy to relax in room and watch TV before turning in.
Mirror placed over the sofa and not over the desk ... clearly geared toward business man and not someone who needs to put makeup on while bathroom is occupied. Location ... turns out Pioneer Square is a place where the homeless congregate on the weekend. I would have preferred to be a bit closer to Pike Street Market.
The security of the building was great.
The taxes and fees that Seattle charges. Be aware that there are many fine lines with visiting Seattle and paying to stay there. A tourism tax? No, that is not a joke. The parking cost was ridiculous. An extra $45 to park per night. Our great deal, wasn't really that great.
We stayed (from Vancouver Canada) for tie days. I was surprised when I received my bill to see a series of taxes and fees including state tax, occupancy tax, fresh market fee (I didn't see any food), as well as a different room charge (Friday: $209, Saturday: $229) amonge other issues. Also there were no room service! Very disappointed!
Excellent location for taking train and seeing the area without needing transportation
Room was lively in all respects. Clean, minifridge, wifi, microwave, tall shower with grab bar.
Over priced, asked for room near elevator and did not receive, no complimentary breakfast, paid overnight parking.
Short walk to sports stadiums and the Waterfront. Around the corner from a light rail station to take you to/from the airport. Within blocks of great restaurants, museums, shopping and the Seattle Public Library.
Within walking distance to football, baseball stadiums, numerous pubs, Pike Place Market and waterfront restaurants.
Would have preferred a buffet type breakfast. A microwave in the room would have been handy.
Hotel was great with valet parking, and not far from most tourist spots.
Got sent to a upscale restraunt for dinner once unknowingly by front desk, our group was abit out of place.
Location, location, location! Same block as the lite rail station. Close to Centurylink Field and Pike's Market. Staff was friendly and very helpful, answered any and all questions. Nice clean rooms. Restaurant downstairs had very good food.
The bed was great The staff were "right there" to serve us The request for early check in was honored. The Bistro was nice.
The price of $219 was not bad for a city center accommodations but I did not expect a 20%+ combined tax on the room.
The train from the airport is right around the corner. Walk to the stadiums and underground tour and pikes market and the great wheel! The staff was more than helpful and made our stay great!
The restaurant and bar was not very good service. It is comfortable and have charging lications for your tech stuff, but getting a drink was slow. And no room service.
Don't get a king room ....they are all by the lifts
Rooms were small but well done! Make up mirror with light would be a plus. Location was the best as we were close to game, downtown, and waterfront.
