You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home. The hot tub is serviced between each guest reservation. (The filter is removed, treated and cleaned, vacuum any debris, use net to clear larger debris, chemicals balanced, etc.) Free high-speed WiFi (Due to Lake Tahoe being a mountain town, internet speed can ebb and flow with the local population.) 5.1-channel surround sound home theater with Airplay connectivity *Warning - Please watch your step, as the stairs get icy, and watch for falling icicles *Guests must provide their own wood for the wood stove *Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. In addition to noise, trash disposal, and parking rules, maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to 2000 USD will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations. The entrance to this home is located below street level. Guests must be comfortable traveling 15 steps to access the home. Coin laundry is available within a 4.5 mile drive.
