Location was great and easy to access from the freeway. The room was great and more than comfortable/met the needs that were expressed to the staff. Breakfast offered in the morning was also great, full breakfast- not just a cheap continental breakfast. Staff was helpful and acommodating to the needs of my elderly father, which I appreciate.

It was clean and close to the venue we were going to!
The concert at Yaamava was great!!! Should of stayed there but, they wanted $800.00 a night!!! It's very smoggy in this area now!! This area appears to have been hit hard by covid and recession, as there are a lot of closed business's and a lot of homeless about, on the main streets!!! They were also, working on the street.

Good location, next to Costco.
Good location, next to Costco. When we check in, the credit card system has error, has to swipe the card twice (now that I read similar cases with other reviewers) front desk staff was polite and nice. Hot Breakfast was good and included. There are eggs, potatoes, sausages, waffles, bakery items juices and the rest of the common items. We got 2 Queen bed as reserved, bedroom carpet was old and looks dirty color. Amenities were all working except some were a little out dated but we don’t care about it. The hotel has complementary coffee and teas 24/7 at the lobby for their guests which is a plus! Also noticed that they have laundry rooms and gym at lobby level too. We only stayed a night passing by the area. Plenty of eateries or restaurants in the surrounding area.

It’s scary at first but if u look deeper it’s really beautiful and the more open hearted and minded u are the better the city is. Just because the neighborhood might be dirty it’s more because of the travelers not carrying and throwing trash everywhere and people like me can only clean up so much especially in this heat wow it’s been hot outside

This is a very nice spot to stop for a day or more ... I thoroughly enjoyed the space and furnishings in our room. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen (full kitchen) was a nice surprise. The location made it easy to hop onto the freeway and go where ever you need to go, though there are so many shops/stores/restaurants in the area - you may not need to drive at all!

Did Like nice room nice refrigerator
Did Like nice room nice refrigerator
Did not like AC not working on a hot night
No discount or refund on room or comp for another stay because the broken AC had no solution and couldn't change rooms so They told me I would get a discount but I DID NOT.
NO Mixrowave just a refrigerator so I dont: really consider this a working suite. It is a room with a refrigerator.

I grew up in San Bernardino.
I grew up in San Bernardino. The city should be thriving like the communities around it, but it isn't. I only visit to see friends & family that chose to remain in the valley.
Its not safe and continues to decline.
I shouldn't be shocked anymore, but every visit is like freezing cold water being splashed in my face.
Not a place to live.
Not a place to visit.
Even in daylight its scary.
The hotel was very comfortable & the staff is super friendly. Beds felt great, & location was a relatively quiet and safe area. We didn’t get to try the onsite bar or restaurant but it looked good. We did use the fitness center which was clean and had plenty of basic equipment to get a good workout in. We loved the double sink in the bathroom. The complimentary late checkout at 12pm is awesome. And of course the welcome cookies are IMPECCABLE.
Clean, comfortable stop for us to spend the night and break up our 12 hour drive. We were promised a first floor room because we travel with bikes, but this fell through due to a couple breaking into what should have been our room. Hotel management and security took care of the squatters, but we ended up on the 4th floor needing a couple trips to get bikes upstairs. Good hot breakfast in the morning.
It was the perfect location for my stay in San Bernardino. The house was clean and well maintained. I liked the keyless entry...didn't have to worry about keys. There were clean towels for every bedroom. The kitchen had most of the supplies you need to make meals. I would rent this house again.
Property has lots of public parking and the hotel and room is really nice and modern. I got the 2queen suite it was Very clean and cozy. I like how they have full bottles of soaps/shampoo/conditioner/lotions very convenient. Very spaciest and accommodating.
The hotel itself exceeded my expectations! Staff was extremely nice, and everything was very clean! The only thing was the location! San Bernardino itself isn’t a very convenient location, it’s quite the drive from everything.
nothing the Power went out for over half the night so I ended up leaving and staying with a friend so I lost money and was not accommodated by hotel when it was there fault they had. no back up generator for power the hotel
If you are looking to book a hotel close to NOS center than this is a fantastic location as it is a 15 minute walk over. No need to worry about driving or Uber panic at the end of the night
I totally missed the info that you needed a cash deposit for the stay, but the hotel was nice enough to call and remind me in advance.
For the rest - a regular hotel, clean, good stay.
Nothing horrible staffing don't even know why they work if they can't stand to assist people! So fuck him and this dumbass hotel broke mother fuxkers can't even pay the shit back!!
Great location close to Yaamava Casino that is more affordable. And if you need a hotel room next to the San Bernardino international airport, it is very close. We will be back.
