The staff and facilities are D. Hotel and Suites combined the comforts of home with the luxury of a beautiful boutique hotel. The staff is so lovely, helpful, and genuinely (not obsequiously) friendly - I went for a tennis camp and was pleasantly surprised to find that the immediate environs were a natural paradise of rivers, lakes, and resplendently green woods and trails. I would definitely return just to enjoy the area and the lovely hotel.

The location was great that is about the only nice thing was the location. The property was dirty and the room very musty if you have asthma or any allergies I would NOT recommend staying here. We actually left a day early due to getting sick.

The room was spacious and very clean. Seemed to be recently updated since it was very modern. I loved the little kitchen in the room and the snack pantry in the lobby. I didn’t make any purchases but it was nice to see so many snack and drink options available for purchase

I've been really impressed by this hotel.
I've been really impressed by this hotel. The staff is extremely welcoming, and in what feels a genuine sort of way. The breakfast is excellent. The rooms are perfectly appointed and the beds are really comfy. I could not have asked for more with this stay. It's uplifting to come across a place that truly cares about the details. Staff was thoughtful, polite, accommodating, pleasant, helpful including recommendations for activities in the area. The facility is not brand-spanking new but it is well maintained and inside looks really nice and cozy and the rooms are great. Breakfast was wonderful, much better than a chain hotel. We would stay here again, in a heartbeat!
