wifi only worked on the 3rd floor at the skybar
The emerald green water, the air and water temperatures. The soft, white sand. Many things to do: swimming, parasailing, fishing, boat tours, dining, etc... The piers, pier park, shopping, sight seeing.
Traffic on Front Beach Rd
We loved the view.
There is no wireless internet. Floors were sticky in kitchen. Expected to get 2 queens and got 1 instead.
beach starbucks in resort Car parking Proximity to Pier Park Mo's BBQ Sharkeys Pool Bar
price of sunbeds on beach ($35 per couple per day in October!!!)
Very inconvenient to have to go to another facility to check in after 5
The place was nice and clean. The ocean view, the beach, pool and hot tub were awesome and the location was perfect.
The couch need to be replace and the bed was uncomfortable.
Good Location Balcony size & balcony furniture Unit size adequate Bunk beds
Resort did not provide pool towels. Resort did not provide any starter kitchen paper towels or dish soap. Unit was not cleaned well. Dirty shower floor. Furniture worn & outdated . Tiki hut bartender not attentive at all. no free in room wifi although advertised free wifi
The room was beautiful and pretty big. Our view was beautiful also. I loved the private beach. Plus we were very close to all the restaurants and anything we wanted to go out and do. It was a great room for the price. I would stay there again.
I did not like that we didn't have wifi and that we paid a fee for our room to be cleaned but didn't get a daily cleaning. I would of liked for my room to be cleaned everyday. Plus I hated having to wash towels. I was suppose to be relaxing.
Location, Starbucks, price, beach access
Unusual odor in Sky Bridge bar, ants in the room, brutally hard mattress, no wi-fi.
Friendly staff, clean, and lovee the SkyBar and pool area.
The service/cleaning fee was more than the cost of a one night stay so the value is only as good as your length of stay, so the longer you stay, the better the value. If you're staying on the 3rd floor, it can be difficult to get all your stuff to and from the room to the car if you're parked in the parking garage because the sky bridge is on leve 3.5 and you can't access the 3rd floor directly from the sky bridge except by stairs. If you have a luggage cart, you have to take an elevator to the 2nd or 4th floor, go through a set of doors to a different set of elevators to access the 3rd floor in the main building. If you book a one bedroom, the bedroom will be along the hallway, not near the beach side, so it can be quite noisy at times.
The view was good. Room very clean and neatly furnished. We had everything promised.
Not knowing that you had to take your own trash out. Drop shoot near elevators. Sky walk bar had urine smell.
Great view of the beach and ocean. Parking garage across the street w/ a catwalk to the resort.
Room 2333 was a little beat up and several things needed some minor maintenance. Also, be aware of the additional fees above the booking.com price ($45 non-refundable damage and $100+ cleaning) and taxes (11.62% tax plus 6.62% city tax).
Starbucks, pool, and beach access
1626 was filthy. Dirty terribly stained carpet. Food bits all over the living room, dirt in bathtub upon first entering the room. All balcony chairs broken. Access Key pad to parking deck was changed without notification in the middle of our stay= long line waiting to enter parking deck at 9pm.
The unit was nasty! Carpet so dirty we were afraid to walk barefooted. Walls in desperate need of paint. No air in the elevators and not enough elevators to accommodate the number of guests.
Love the view of ocean front. All the attractions are close by. My children love the pool in the main lobby.
I didn't like the bedroom in the back, there wasn't any window to view the ocean.
The two bedroom apartment we were issued had dirty, stained carpet along with filthy cloth sofas. The beds were sagging in the middle. When you pay $1600 for a four night stay, you expect much more! Luckily, when we complained, we were able to move to another resort owned by the same company, for the same price, and it was very nice and clean!
Bridge between Parking lot and room.
Very unclean, room smalls bad, the filthiest sofa I gave ever seen, bad lighting cannot even see food on the dining table when it is dark outside. bad design accessing from parking to room or room to paring. arrived condo at 3:30, but the room was not ready until 6pm
I liked that Starbucks was at my disposal.
I didn't like that we had to check- in at Edgewater because we got there after 5pm. The vending machines were out of beverages.
Difficulty with elevator access and difficult access to beach. Also the pool side bar closed to early.
Loved the 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite.
It was combined with Wyndham Resort. Didn't feel comfortable with having two separate organizers. I wasn't sure if we were allowed the same immenities.
The permanent beach chairs the entire width if the resort are not a included in the stay. Chairs are $45 daily rentals that take the entirety of the best area directly between the resort and the ocean. :(
Loved the location, the view of the beach, the size, the cleanness, the amenities
The bed in the master bedroom was very hard and uncomfortable, had a hard time sleeping
Location and view and the pleasantness of the people trying, all so desperately, to sell you a time share.
Parking across street on four levels. Access to the pool across street. Condition of the rooms. Realize that they are privately owned and,as such, only the owner can repair and replace wear and damages. If it were an hotel property where one expects rented space to be clean and in good condition, I found it the condition I did ( in either of the two rooms in which we were placed), I would have requested a refund and left immediately, bound for any reputable hotel property. Damage and filth are not my cup of tea. Nor is constantly be asked about the possibility of buying into Wyndams time sharing properties.
The area was very quiet yet close to good attractions.
The carpet needed cleaning, the ice maker didn't work, & I wish the master bedroom would have been facing the beach instead of the hallway. We were awaken a lot bc the room was so close to the elevators.
The moment you walk in to your room it feels like a home away from home.
