Needs new carpet and other repairs!!
everything, close enough to everything yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Vegas strip, loved every minute of it and it was so easy to get around on the public transport and the Library let you use their computers for free and it's a big MUST for all to go to the Cafe "Blueberry Hill" across from this hotel it was amazing the icing on the cake, I"m so glad i choose to stay at extender stay America.
nothing everything perfect, could provide some milk for the coffee other than that cannot fault it.
The staff is great. No maid service. No breakfast. Rooms are old but clean.
Bathroom is tiny! And very dark!
The staff was not very helpful.. Did not like the fact that we needed to do everything ourselves such as bell service and bringing down our own soiled towels to desk to exchange for clean ones.. The AC did not work well either.
Convenient with kitchen and microwave
Manager is very very disrespectful do not I repeat "DO not stay here manager is douche bag !!
I was very pleasantly surprised of the size of the room (apartment), at least for the money I paid, it was fantastic value - including a kitchenette, sofa, TV, bathroom, and bed. It really is a loft-sized room. It's not too far from the Convention Centre if your game enough for a 45 minute walk, or to wait for a bus which will take you about half-way there (the bus can otherwise take you directly to 'The Strip'). There is a 24-hour diner right across the road, which was very handy for breakfast (see bad points).
I was put into the very back of the building, which is quite a long walk down a corridor. This made trips to and from reception rather tedious. Another issue was the complementary "breakfast", which was quite frankly, a bad joke - tea, coffee, muffins, or muesli bars. Luckily, the diner across the road comes to the rescue. Also, my check-in was soured by a rather unfriendly night-time receptionist,
It wasn't very far from the hustle and bustle of the strip.
Our room was filthy! We removed the already grungy looking cushions from the couch to make up the couch bed and there were disgusting stains underneath. The sofa bed was not made and had debris from god knows what. We had originally booked for 3 nights and we checked out after the first night. Never staying here again!
close to the hospital
place where hotel is located is very nice. The on the go breakfast came in handy :)
We thought we reserved a room with 2 beds, and non smoking. however we got a smoking room with one bed, tried to upgrade to a non smoking with no luck, the room had no pots and pans. plus there was roaches in the room, disgusting.. the carpel all over that hotel needs to be replace as is really disgusting.
location and some of the staff
they advertise bathtub for the disabled room but there is only shower.bed is small.couch very dirty.noisy neighbors.
jolene,nakia,cindy.nice staff.the location.
the room 110 .had connecting door with noisy neighbors .the kitchen's washing sink very small.just one bed side lamp and on the wrong side.in the bathroom you have no space for toiletries .the couch had big stains, carpet looked dirty.only one luggage trolley for the whole hotel is not enough
The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have amenities available when you request them and they come immediately if the sink is clogged or a lightbulb is out etc. The "grab and go" breakfast is adequate consisting of oatmeal, coffee, fruit and packaged granola bars/muffins. The laundry while pricey ($2 washer/$2 dryer) worked well and was convienient.
The area isn't the safest but Vegas has an overall "seedy" element no matter where you go. The carpets in the hallway are stained and the smell of dirty, sour, stinky feet permeates the air ESPECIALLY when waking past certain rooms where I assume long term customers are staying. The kitchen is adequate, the pans are not non-stick which makes cooking anything (like eggs) very challenging. The coffee is poor to mediocre so bring your own if you enjoy a good cup of coffee in the AM. The fan in the bathroom was broken and there are apparently no parts available to fix it - so be courteous to the people you stay with and do the quick flush method. Otherwise it was perfectly adequate and likely good for a person on a tight budget.
Jolene was wonderful!!
It had a distinct smell in room.
The service is great, grab and go breakfast is good. Kitchen and bathroom are clean.
The carpet is really dirty and the couch also. Front door has a big gap so smoke and noise gets right in.
Great value. Gym and laundromat
I was told I could extend my stay was told not to worry. To find out I should have book my resavation on line to loock in my room. Heather told me everything would be ok to pay in the morning. Nikia calls and tells me I have to check out @ 11am. If it would have been a few minutes earlier I would have found out I did not have a place to stay.
Staff was friendly and apologetic about the room mistake.
Rooms listed as studios and one bedroom suites... They don't have any one bedroom suites. All rooms are studios -- the "one bedroom suites" are just different in layout. We would never have picked this hotel for this price had we known that. Carpets were disgusting. They were crusty in some areas, visible stains. The tack board was visible in some areas. Bathroom light and fan are on the same switch. Since the fan brings in the smell of cigarette smoke, you had a choice -- go in the dark or smell smoke.
After long conversations the staff turned out to be very compliant and apologizes for the inconvenient stay.
Our Reservtion was canceled although we booked three weeks in advance; we stayed in a smoking room although we booked a non-smoking room; it was terrible; the breakfast wasn't really a breakfast, just a snack
VERY CLOSE TO UNLV. STAFF VERY NICE.
HOTEL NEEDS NEW FURNITURE IN LOBBY. CARPETS NEED CLEANING . FURNITURE AND CARPENTS IN ROOM NEED CLEANING.
The room was bigger than expected, the kitchen was a plus and the fact that stores and pharmacy where right arround the corner helped with late night snacks.
The carpet was dirty and another guest cooking with their door open didnt help with their cooking odor.
I like having a full kitchen to reduce the cost of eating out.
I prefer to be closer to the Las Vegas strip.
the location is situated near supermarkets and restaurants and is not too far from the las vegas convention center. also the staff was very friendly and corteous
the couch shows signs of aging and the beds are old and you can kinda hear the springs creak when you lay on them in a certain way however they informed me that they are going through changes/renovations in the near future to improve the rooms. none of these things caused any discomfort
