The supervisor or who ever she is,was rude. The is the only one who had horrible customer service. Our roomm was semi dirty and while we were trying to relax the first day,we saw roaches crawling up the wall.
It was close to the strip
I came here on a business trip for a dance competition with my company. I also had other parents who booked several rooms as well. We had a lot of bags, but was told there was not a luggage cart. Our rooms were not clean (very dusty, hair, etc.) My stove did not work, neither did the dishwasher. The refidgerator did not keep the food/drinks cool enough. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude, and refused to give us extra towels. Also, the pool was dirty. I chose this hotel because I've stayed at one in San Jose for a different competition, and it was beautiful. However, this experience makes me never want to book with you.
Honestly, the only thing that I liked was the location of the hotel near the mini shopping malls.
The smell of the hallway people cook!
There was no pen and note paper. No shampoo, are you kidding? Breakfast was very poor, couple store bought items. Very disappointing.
The actual room was good.
Fitness room only had aerobic machines, would have liked weights. Milk and orange juice would have been nice in the morning.
Short distance to the strip, quiet area.
No daily house keeping
I didn't like how dirty the carpet, and furniture were.
I enjoyed the comfort of the bed, along with the view.
Stayed for 8 days. Housekeeping was not done as scheduled on the Welcome Card, even after asking for it. No apology, no credit...
Carpets were dirty. No toilet paper in the batheroom. No Phone. Had to go to the front dest to get towels, soap and Shampoo.
The bed were comfortable.
Needs new carpet and other repairs!!
nothing everything perfect, could provide some milk for the coffee other than that cannot fault it.
everything, close enough to everything yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Vegas strip, loved every minute of it and it was so easy to get around on the public transport and the Library let you use their computers for free and it's a big MUST for all to go to the Cafe "Blueberry Hill" across from this hotel it was amazing the icing on the cake, I"m so glad i choose to stay at extender stay America.
Bathroom is tiny! And very dark!
The staff is great. No maid service. No breakfast. Rooms are old but clean.
The staff was not very helpful.. Did not like the fact that we needed to do everything ourselves such as bell service and bringing down our own soiled towels to desk to exchange for clean ones.. The AC did not work well either.
Convenient with kitchen and microwave
Manager is very very disrespectful do not I repeat "DO not stay here manager is douche bag !!
I was put into the very back of the building, which is quite a long walk down a corridor. This made trips to and from reception rather tedious. Another issue was the complementary "breakfast", which was quite frankly, a bad joke - tea, coffee, muffins, or muesli bars. Luckily, the diner across the road comes to the rescue. Also, my check-in was soured by a rather unfriendly night-time receptionist,
I was very pleasantly surprised of the size of the room (apartment), at least for the money I paid, it was fantastic value - including a kitchenette, sofa, TV, bathroom, and bed. It really is a loft-sized room. It's not too far from the Convention Centre if your game enough for a 45 minute walk, or to wait for a bus which will take you about half-way there (the bus can otherwise take you directly to 'The Strip'). There is a 24-hour diner right across the road, which was very handy for breakfast (see bad points).
Our room was filthy! We removed the already grungy looking cushions from the couch to make up the couch bed and there were disgusting stains underneath. The sofa bed was not made and had debris from god knows what. We had originally booked for 3 nights and we checked out after the first night. Never staying here again!
It wasn't very far from the hustle and bustle of the strip.
close to the hospital
We thought we reserved a room with 2 beds, and non smoking. however we got a smoking room with one bed, tried to upgrade to a non smoking with no luck, the room had no pots and pans. plus there was roaches in the room, disgusting.. the carpel all over that hotel needs to be replace as is really disgusting.
place where hotel is located is very nice. The on the go breakfast came in handy :)
they advertise bathtub for the disabled room but there is only shower.bed is small.couch very dirty.noisy neighbors.
location and some of the staff
the room 110 .had connecting door with noisy neighbors .the kitchen's washing sink very small.just one bed side lamp and on the wrong side.in the bathroom you have no space for toiletries .the couch had big stains, carpet looked dirty.only one luggage trolley for the whole hotel is not enough
jolene,nakia,cindy.nice staff.the location.
The area isn't the safest but Vegas has an overall "seedy" element no matter where you go. The carpets in the hallway are stained and the smell of dirty, sour, stinky feet permeates the air ESPECIALLY when waking past certain rooms where I assume long term customers are staying. The kitchen is adequate, the pans are not non-stick which makes cooking anything (like eggs) very challenging. The coffee is poor to mediocre so bring your own if you enjoy a good cup of coffee in the AM. The fan in the bathroom was broken and there are apparently no parts available to fix it - so be courteous to the people you stay with and do the quick flush method. Otherwise it was perfectly adequate and likely good for a person on a tight budget.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have amenities available when you request them and they come immediately if the sink is clogged or a lightbulb is out etc. The "grab and go" breakfast is adequate consisting of oatmeal, coffee, fruit and packaged granola bars/muffins. The laundry while pricey ($2 washer/$2 dryer) worked well and was convienient.
It had a distinct smell in room.
Jolene was wonderful!!
The carpet is really dirty and the couch also. Front door has a big gap so smoke and noise gets right in.
The service is great, grab and go breakfast is good. Kitchen and bathroom are clean.
