Centrally located South Sandpoint house, only 4 blocks from the Lake, Memorial Field (home of the Festival of Sandpoint) and within walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants, brew pubs, coffee shops and Sandpoint City Beach! The house has two bedrooms: one with a queen bed; the other one with two twin XL beds. Full bath with tub, shower; washer dryer. Fiber optic internet, a full kitchen, air conditioning (window, seasonal) along with 1 off street parking spot; street parking. Close to Schweitzer Mountain Ski Resort! Idaho Business Registration Permit # PSTR22-0080. City of Sandpoint Municipal Nonproperty Tax Permit # 1104.

Our house is located in the desirable location of South Sandpoint and borders the 5 block core of downtown. We are only 5 blocks away from the City Beach and Lake Pend Oreille. You can walk or ride your bike to multiple restaurants and breweries. We are just 2 blocks to the granary district which houses Evans Brothers Coffee and the Matchwood Brewery. Schweitzer Mountain Ski Resort is just 20 minutes away along with The Idaho Club which is the only Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course in Idaho.
