The property is great however the staff is horrible.. I got double charged for room. Called hotel to rectify staff literally told me more than once to “shut up”. I will never stay with this chain again or recommend to anyone and I travel a lot.

When I checked into the room there was no blankets or covers on the beds and no towels in the room so we had to change rooms. The next room didn’t have a light in the bathroom and no remote for the TV and half of the closet was missing along with the refrigerator and microwave.
When I went to check out I was told my room was not changed to my Credit Card and I showed the clerk at the desk where it had been changed and she said because I booked on booking.com there was an additional charge that needed to be paid along with my room charges. I declined to pay any additional charges because I booked the room at the rate that was charged to my card. The clerk was very rude and was rude yesterday when I asked her to have someone fix the bathroom light so I could see when I took a shower. I will not stay at this place again.

I was raised in WF, but moved away in 1989. This trip was for a funeral. But, we did look around for changes. Our old house & neighborhood looks the same. Sikes Center Mall has gone downhill. That used to be the big thing in WF. Good memories!

Staff was pleasant. That is the only good thing I can say.
Staff was pleasant. That is the only good thing I can say. DIRTY. Old sheets with spots on them. I kept checking for bugs I was so disturbed. You could not pay me to stay there again. Smelled moldy and the carpet was hard to walk on, as if the padding was torn in pieces and placed underneath. Stumbled a couple of times due to carpet. Just a truly uncomfortable stay and experience. DIRTY!

Everything about the hotel regarding amenities was great.
Everything about the hotel regarding amenities was great. It's only that the care of the room before we arrived seemed a little rushed, as I noted in my initial review. But having driven 500+ miles that day, this was a wonderful stop before reaching Dallas. I'd highly recommend.

The hotel was quiet and has a friendly staff.
The hotel was quiet and has a friendly staff. I don't like if you are local they make you pay a 200 deposit. I didn't like that the room had roaches either. Would not stay here again unless everything else is booked up.
The hotel is conveniently located off the freeway and easy to access. The staff was friendly and welcoming. There was a little confusion around room availability but they corrected it right away AND went over and beyond in their service!!! They were wonderful about the whole thing. The suite was huge and had absolutely everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable we actually slept in! This was a welcome final night of traveling for us!! Thank you for such a nice stay!!
It's the best hotel in the City by far. Everything is new, clean, pretty, and nice. The Steak Restaurant is excellent too. We really enjoyed the tomahawk ribeye and onion rings. The Ranch Water, and Smoked Old Fashions were great too. They have a nice patio to sit and relax while you sip cocktails. The gym had plenty of equipment and was larger than most hotels at this price.
The bed was more comfortable than expected for a hotel bed. Everything was super clean and looked new. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. (They kept me stocked in coffee for my room since I drink it almost all day.) Conveniently located for the purpose of my visit. They also have some beautiful rose bushes on the property!
I didn’t fee comfortable eating the breakfast since the hotel didn’t have running water!! I honestly don’t remember if they had breakfast because we just wanted to leave. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but checked out and drove back to Dallas after the graduation we were attending in town.
Comfortable with a good location. Hotel had good amenities and the pool gym area where clean and in good condition. Room was clean and everything worked as it should. Breakfast was plentiful and of a reasonable quality for hotel chain, including a few hot options
The hotel needs some updating since it is competing with several others on the I44 exit. The room was quiet and bed comfortable, but the overall appeal was less than prior stays with the brand in other states had led us to anticipate.
Horrible no pillow cases then tried to give me WET ones property should be condemned and bulldozed down it’s a haven for drug dealing and using will Nevar step foot on that property again and possibly La Quinta inn ever again
BREAKFAST was very good with many choices, very clean through out!
Room was nice and quite.
Only draw back was parking, had to park at the next door hotels parking with a trailer.
Location was great! Check in was the easiest I've ever had with a hotel. Very nice, comfy beds. Somethings in the hotel are showing their age but hotel is still great
