Score from 540 reviews Very good
Paying for WiFi, especially for the price we paid for the room.
The view was nice and we could see Chicago river right from our room window
Not providing good quality and quantity of Shampoo and Conditioner; Blood stain on bed sheet and comforter; There was no slippers provided in the room and were no toothbrushes and toothpaste The window doesnt open
Comfort of beds. Cleanliness of bathrooms. Good central location of hotel. Friendly employees at reception desk.
WiFi should be included in the total costs per night. Concierge desk too small during peak times.
Comfy and private
Paying for wifi? That should be complimentary.
Cleaniliness, the restaurants were fantastic.
Nothing. It was great
Every thing (;
Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We forgot a cell phone charger in the room and the house keeping staff returned it to us before we left the building. Concierge service was wonderful recommending the perfect breakfast restaurant.
Room was too warm even after adjusting the thermostat. Cost forparking was almost the same as the room cost.
Having to pay for wifi
parking expensive wi-fi not free
Staff at Hyatt was phenomenal! Made you feel right at home! Perfect location for shopping and close to theater district and Millenium Park. This is our go to hotel when we visit Chicago.
Staff and facilities worked like clockwork. Very helpful and accommodating.
Paying for in room wifi
Excellent location. Starbucks coffee in rooms! Beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly.
Wifi was a charge. Parking $59.00 overnight I know it's Chicago but seriously. We're staying in your hotel! We ordered pizza. They went to east wing and we were in west Staff should have helped out the pizza guy when he was looking for us! He had our room number and name
Excellent breakfasts. Very convenient check-out procedure.
Very noise both inside and outside. All rooms are connected, that's why you can hear your neighbors very well. Wi-Fi for 10$ per day is nonsence. Minibar also for money.
We love the view of the river and city and the convenience of being so close to Michigan Avenue. The Regency Club was a pleasant surprise!
The expense of parking and not having free wifi
The location was perfect for us. Everyone was very helpful when we needed info or directions
I would have liked an indoor pool....but that's my preferred exercise A late dinner at the restaurant (cafe) was disappointing. I ordered a seafood chowder and for $10 I got a bowl of watery shrimp soup. My friends had generous sandwiches and fries for the same or less.
Good deal for the money.
Lobby, restaurant, and bar way too big.
From the time we arrived to be greeted by the car park valet team to the time if our departure the staffs attitude was excellent and bearing in mind it was extremely busy with Thanksgiving and Black Friday the attitude was remarkable
Not getting a river view room but in this current climate we live in that is the least of our worries I suppose the biggest disappointment was not having enough suitcase room to take all the bargains home fir the grand children
Staff very friendly and professional.
Reserved king bed, but room had 2 queens. Decided not to request change because of timing issue so cannot report on potential service recovery
The location is not bad. The availability of hotel.
The bed and paying for WiFi
Room was very nice, beds and pillows pretty comfy. Bathroom clean. Nice size.
Walls THIN....drunk singing @ 3am sounded like he was right in our room instead of next door. Seriously needs soundproofing. Wi-Fi should be FREE. Valet great, but too expensive. Should leave room in every mini bar for occupants things.
view was awesome - polite employees - Houlahans close - trolley pick up close - mag. mile as well
price of parking crazy - too many extra charges for simple upgrades to rooms not occupied at time of stay - just 3 doors down. very limited drawer space for clothes -
Perfect location to walk around and see a number of interesting sites. The hop on and hop off buses are just down the road.
No pool so if you want to exercise its just the gym.
reserved King, overbooked offered 2 doubles. Someone else's bags were in the room. Then suddenly they had a King after all. Lied to me. I did not stay and I want my money refunded. Calling American Express now to dispute the charges. Horrible experience.
Staff was friendly, location was great, and room size was very comfortable.
If we had known that parking was $59 per night prior to booking, we would have flown or chose another hotel.
