Excellent location at the intersection of Wacker and Michigan. Friendly staff. Safe. Good food at the resturant in hotel. Very helpful concierge.
Expensive but good value for money.
Location, bars, restaurants, staff, cleanliness, views.
Towels and lighting in bathroom
Staff was friendly and efficient. A little pricey but you get what you pay for. excellent room excellent view
I had an excellent stay there in a room with the river and navy pier view! The location is fantastic- you can reach many places with a little walk like Millenium Park, Michigan avenue. The fitness studio is really nice with the view of the river.
The only thing I can say is that after midnight the bar doesn't serve food and the menu of room service is also reduced after this time. They still have a market but with more fast food like salads and sandwiches
Clean New Updated
I received an unsolicited wake up call at 6am.
Stay at the hyatt most visits to Chicago & love the location. Plenty to do & see in this great city.
no frige with frezer
great location, friendly staff, first class amenities
crowded and expensive parking, concierge breakfast surprisingly slim pickings
The location was great for what we wanted to do and see. Staff was excellent!
The room was adequate. We had a coffee maker that didn't work, a "mini bar" where the items were warm and a tv that went off and on with a remote that didn't work at times. While items were replaced with much courtesy, we felt we the amenities could have been better. Did not realize until we were checked in that there was no pool or hot tub. However, the staff was absolutely the best!
Beds were comfortable right downtown where we wanted to be (location) Staff was very nice and accommodating - especially room service
Hotel was too big Hotel was too Chaotic Seems that the more you pay, the less you get. No free wifi Parking was astronomically expensive Food and drinks were expensive 30 minute advanced notice for valet pick up is really really long Hotel is just huge and has that HUGE feel to it.
Overall very helpful staff
very hard to get a cup of coffee in the am without going through the whole comped breakfast deal, not a big item but annoying
Great location and hospitality
Everything was perfect!!!
Breakfast was goodand other servicesare ok but you shouldhavea guide for oldercutomer coming
Excellent facilities, ideal location.
I hate being nickled and dimed for every extra at large hotels!
Loved the location it was in walking distance to everything, the staff was very friendly, and our room had a beautiful view of the city
2 things, breakfast was very over priced and one of the valet drivers was very rude and also yelled at us
Bathroom was very large! Awesome. Location of hotel was excellent for tourism.
Not enough storage space in bathroom. No place to sit and do hair and makeup .
The carpets not clean use bakae or tiles
The proximity of the hotel to most of the attractions in the city. Access to transportation. Many things within walking distance. The hotel facilities are well designed and abundant. There are too many amenities to remember.
There isn't enough storage in the rooms. Our room had only 1 night stand. There is no counter space in the bathroom and the toilet paper dispenser is in a terrible location.
Quality of service started with valle parking on arrival, through registration, hotel stay and check-out. It was all good!
$59 for Valle parking! : (
The location was excellent and the view was gorgeous. Bed was extremely comfortable.
Elevators were extremely slow. Waited 20 minutes!
I liked everything. The location was amazing. The quietness in the room was unbelievable. We did not hear any noise from the street or in the hallways. The hotel was close to all the major sites, easy to get the hop on hop off tour buses. Lots of restaurants nearby. I couldn't of gotten a better location. Chicago is an amazing city.
Location, price (not cheap but ok for Chicago) and pleasant
No fan in BR
I like boutique hotels, but enjoyed stay here. Nice bar and restaurant. You can also work a deal with the parking manager for long term garage parking...
Comfortable beds and central location to most downtown attractions.
Pushy parking staff in front of the hotel that manage the valet parking. Rediculously high priced breakfast buffet. Elevators were unbelievably slow. On average, it took 10 minutes to hail an elevator car, and almost always had to take one going up first and then ride it all the way down again to get to the lobby.
