Everything was great
All was as Good as can Get But Lack of follow up for lost Literature Disturbing!
We put a request into Encore team requesting a follow up and compensation for lost revenue do to misplaced package. The staff and management at Encore were excellent but this did make up for lost revenue at our convention, I sent all the details to the manger but to date have heard nothing. As we attend the convention each year we are flexible to receive compensation in rooms for next year. I will be impressed if this if followed up with thank you. Reg Goulding
Very helpful staff.great doorman everything
We loved the hustle and bustle always going on in the 2nd floor lobby. The bar with all the windows to the city was awesome!
The bar prices were very high!
Water pressure of shower nice, staff was great
We could hear the next room like they were right there. The room was clean but the lotion had hairs all over it! The suitcase knocked over the snack bar, afraid of a $9 charge??
Great location to everything
bad management. a lady called Christina would come wake you up with random questions everyday even after she just called you. :(
Me (24) and my girlfriend(21) had a wonderful stay, room was awesome, view was awesome, staff was great and the hotel had a lot to do
Nice Hyatt where I stayed several times 20 years ago. The rooms I stayed in then were very nice.
The room was dark and dingy looking. I understand the effort to conserve electricity and cut costs, but you could hardly see anything in the room. The fluorescent bulbs were weak and thus the room was too dark, even with the curtains open.
Comfy beds; quiet nights
They upgraded us to one of the top levels. Very nice touch.
$63 per night for parking? I know there isn't much space but that seemed a bit overpriced.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby is beautifully done and the bars are also welcoming. Very clean and comfortable hotel.
TV didn't work, shower was broken and couldn't be used, phone was also not functioning properly. I've stayed here before so I know this was just one bad experience
Great buffet breakfast. Extended my stay to 4 days for leisure, gave me the same room which was good.
Wifi is slow. cant even refresh email. need to improve.
There was a "sewer " smell in the entire lower level where my girls danced all weekend. Not a great value for the price. Would not stay again.
like the view and the stay, very calm setting
This is the second time we have stayed here and we were pleased to find that our initial impression has not been in any way diminished. I think it will be our "go to" hotel in Chicago from now on.
The Big Bar is worth a visit for the excellent views and atmosphere. Many comfy places to sit, relax, and do business.
Overpriced food. Outrageous prices on bottled water.
Location, Casino Shuttle, Staff Helpfulness excellent, the call from house keeping to make sure we had enough towels etc. because we had a do not disturb sign up
offered wine in mini bar what size and no wine glasses in room chose not to bother, service in the lobby bar was not good, had to get my own drinks and pay a premium price
Friendly staff, great facilities, clean, great location.
Pricey, but what you would expect in downtown Chicago.
smallest washbasin ever. Bathroom designed for welcoming handicapped customers but a ridiculous washbasin, no shelves at all to put toothbrush or anything, towels located in the dressing due to lack of shelves. no american buffet during weekdays
Area is close to the fun stuffs
Dirty room and funny smelling sheets
Hotel was great! Worth the $$
$63/night mandatory Valet Parking! Had to pay just to store our vehicle we never used & the fee was not mentioned until we arrived @ the hotel! Was not mentioned once during reservation or booking process! Downer!!
I lost my Valet ticket during my stay and the Valet Staff went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. Great, courteous staff! Outstanding customer service!
Every room even the same rooms had different amenties
