Score from 397 reviews Wonderful
I thought the rooms were excellent and comfortable. Very helpful and friendly staff. Restaurants were very nice.
Transport was very bad to get into the city centre trains are not frequent. However you could get a taxi which was cheap when a few are travelling
I was there for the 1D concert at Soldier Field and they made the kids really enjoy the experience. The 1D party was fun.
Friendly check in staff, involved in local event. Great room, really liked everything (even the toothpaste) except buffet noted below.
Breakfast buffet long wait, few items, very unfriendly and unattentive staff. Not worth the price.
very nice place. had everything there at the hotel.
If you're at a Conference, McCormick's is so huge - you need to stay at the absolutely closest hotel, and wear flat shoes!
Staff and service was excellent
Breakfast had a 45 minute wait on a Sunday morning at Shor restaurant and alternative of the take out coffee bar was out of most breakfast options and had long lines also. No real alternatives around the hotel either.
windows do not open. No real lounge/bar. Need more dining options
Location to conference
Not very comfortable beds, very poor basic Wi-Fi, not enough restaurants, long taxi queues
The size of the room
I was told I would get a certain type of room and when we went to our room it was totally different
i randomly selected your location to attend a football game.wanting to walk to the game and not worry about parking and it worked out perfect.now i know the area a little better i can come to the autoshow and be with in walking distance i'll be back.thank your complete staff on my behalf for making a memorable experience for me and my youngest son.i've worked for lexus 22 years and you all met and exceeded my expectations.thanks.
the pillows were great
the bed was too firm dining in the hotel was expensive
We enjoyed our stay very much, we have absolutely nothing but good things to say about the staff and others who were so very helpful and friendly. Thanks a lot! Great customer service! A1
The only downside to anything was the location. We would have liked to have been closer to the downtown core as we ended up spending a lot of time taking buses and cabs, which were very good and easily accessible, but closer would have been nice.
Premium view for a great price!
excellent service. the view of my room looks into the lake and to Navy pier. beautiful! nice size room and we'll kept
location. a bit out of the beaten path. But for people attending a convention there, it's perfect.
one of the staff was not kind
Good facilities, clean room and friendly staff.
Did not like the food options in the area and a bit far from things -it's about a 20min bus ride into town.
Every thing but the lack of dining for breakfast.
No breakfast dining.
We like most everything about the hotel.
We were very disappointed in the bar; the ambiance, service and hours of operation. It like we were having a nightcap in a bus depot. It wasn't in-keeping with the rest of the hotel
The proximity to Soldier Field was the best! An easy walk to & from for a concert. Staff was efficient and friendly. Room was sleek and clean. View of Lake Michigan was an unexpected bonus! FUN before-concert activities for the 1Direction fans, too!
Little far to walk to the main part of Michigan Ave shopping and eateries. And, a bit far to walk to and from Union Station, if you chose to take the train vs. driving. But, if you did drive, Hyatt's parking structure is easy to navigate.
Rooms were awesome
Size of room view hospitality convenience neighborhood
15 min walk to Soldier Field for concert.
A bit pricey
It was in walking distance to soldier field and staff was really friendly.
It didn't have a microwave which was bummer because we stayed for few days and would like to warm up left overs.
The room was excellent.
We had to park across the street in another lot multiple times. It was so hard to come and go from the hotel while having to go for a walk every time.
