Rooms are up to date , and hotel was spacious
Bed was a little dirty with crumbs and stains on the comforter
The beds were extremely comfortable.
The only downfalls was loud guests near us and breakfast was very expensive. But that's expected at a hotel.
Everything was excellent!
Looks like new
The location was perfect for attending a conference at McCormick Place. The accommodations were similar to other above average hotels.
The pillows were horrible - went totally flat. The walls were very thin. The first night I could hear the TV from next door and another, the ice and pop machine. I would have expected for breakfast to be included at this price.
The bed was comfortable!
Hospitality.. and if I'm paying for a room it should include parking!
I like the staff because they were willing to help with everything and did so with a smile. Room service came up quicker than anticipated and made sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my meal.
THE BREAKFAST WAS REALLY GOOD....BUT I LIKED EVERYTHING ABOUT MY STAY.
IF I HAD TO BE CRITICAL, THE FLOOR WITH THE POOL AND WORKOUT FACILITY HAD HALLWAY CARPET THAT WAS WORN WHICH LOOKED DIRTY. THAT IS ONLY BECAUSE I HAD TO REALLY THINK HARD ABOUT WHAT I DID NOT LIKE.
In the midst of a busy area, it was very quiet...did not hear the usual noises heard in some hotels
Everything was on point. Cleanest staff and food
There was nothing to dislike
Sparkling view and service
They ran out of hotel parking
The view of the city
It is inside Houseware show
You can find many other options with the same quality and lower price
Staff rude and not supportive
great bed and perfect location
lobby rugs are dirty
Got a fantastic rate from booking.com! Front desk changed my room from a queen and double bed to one king at no extra cost and I didn't even ask for it!
The Grind closed at 8p, was advertised being open til 10p. No where to get munchies or coffee unless you went to the restaurant, bar or ordered room service.
The upscale feel and beautiful rooms with a great view of the city. Also the staff were the most accommodating and friendly that I have seen. And the exercise room was exceptional!
We loved the convenience of the location. Perfect for the car show.
Lack of information about restaurants inside the Mccormick center.
Not having to go outside to get to the hotel and the fact that they had a hotel guest only taxi line.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is attached to the convention center so we never had to leave the hotel to attend the Auto Show. Cabs were lined up waiting outside the hotel 24x7. The restaurant and Bar was convenient and the food was amazing. The room service was great. Prices were pretty reasonable.
The maid service is at 8 am... extremely inconvenient when you want to sleep in. But we put the do not disturb on our door and called for maid service when we were ready.
Beds & room were great. Grandchildren swam, water could of been warmer.
very nice hotel and a great location
was stuck in elevator that was broke down and was in it for about 5 minutes before being able to get out of it
Large room, furnishings appeared brand new. Bathroom sink area was great: taller sink and counter are very easy to use.
Disappointed there's no hot tub in swimming pool area, but that's a minor omission.
The bathroom was incredible! I loved the entire room overall, it was extremely nice and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The stay were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The property also has a great on site gym!! I would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Chicago.
Nothing. Everything was great!
