I didn't like that the website stated smoking rooms and when I checked in the front desk told me the Inn is a Non-Smoking Inn. It was too late for me to cancel and go somewhere else. Very unsatified with false advertising.

Friendly and helpful staff.

I needed to book 2 nights for a one day stay. I work graveyard shift and sleep during the day. My house was being fumigated on Friday so I needed to book Thurs. And Fri. To get 8am to 4pm hours. Also when I booked the room it asked "smoking or non-smoking" I learned after I got there they were all non-smoking. You shouldn't give a choice in that case. I would like better time choices.

The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfy.

Water pressure was weak.

Good location for San Deigo Zoo. The swimming pool was at a great temperature. Both of the restuarants were excellent..

Great pool - big and clean. Location good to all San Diego points of interest. The restaurants were both good too.

One day, the housekeeping staff did not completely shut my door - just a comment to make sure they check this. I think a huge improvement would be small refrigerators in each room. There's only one ice machine, and many people trying to keep ice chests stocked. That was a big drawback for me. The bathroom area is quite small, but understandable considering the age of the hotel.

Terribly noisy air conditioning system. Once, the bed was rearranged with some of my objects underneath the sheet. It took me a while to figure out where my cell phone was :-) However, for that price I would choose this hotel again.

This was a nice place to stay on our travels around California, the staff were great and the facilities were quite good. The heated pool and spa were quite nice for a morning swim.

Comfortable bed, hot shower and television. What more does one need. Older hotel but super warm swimming pool and well taken care of property. Decorated in dark green forest colors, feels like a king would stay the night. Delightful.

Fine for an older budget motel. If you're looking for a 5-star resort, this wouldn't be it. Looking for a clean, well located, budget room and get a kick out of outdated decor, this is the place! Friendly and efficient staff.
