Club Quarters in Washington DC is a new concept for the hotel industry. This private, full service hotel overlooks Farragut Square, and is 2 blocks north of the White House, and near Lafayette Square....

Score from 912 reviews Very good
At check in the staff was very unfriendly. Until 03:00 AM impossible to sleep because a group of young people partied at the elevator section smoking marihuana. I had to complain 3 times at the front desk.
The breakfast is not as good as in some of the reviews, but not too bad.
Everything else was great!!
Again-breakfast was not the best as far as temp of coffee should be hot and eggs were not mixed well too clumpy. Staff ok-
Very close to metro station. I liked breakfast consisted of hot meals as well. Huge rooms with a beautiful view.
It might be noisy sometimes. There is an extra door between rooms, but it depends on your neighbours of course.
Room and hallway are beautiful. Beds are nice. Shower is good. Will stay here again.
He hotel was located right off the highway and was within 20 minutes of DC and Chevy Chase,MD. Also close to Mount Vernon and other attractions.
The shuttle experience was confusing and often a mess. Make sure they know you are coming even though the shuttle times are listed. Also, even if you call them----they will only come at the allotted times ---very confusing. Also, for the most part the front desk was extremely helpful----couple of the girls who were rude and hung up when we were asking questions. But the manager, young driver, and men at the desk were helpful and friendly.
The bedding was cheap and uncomfortable
The friendly staff.
My window view of the hotel roof.
i liked the free breakfast in the morning
the only bad thing was i couldnt sleep saturday night and i had my younger son with me he was also awoke from the loud noises in the hallway
I liked the location, clearness, and the price.
the staff was not welcoming, no body to help in carrying the bags, first time I need to carry the bags to and from the room.
Nice clean room, loved that it was walking distance to shops for my kids so that they could get out of the room giving the wifi an TV did not work.
With all the electronics that kids carry around when on Vaca you'd think the hotels wifi would work, especially when you have no working cable for them to watch cartoons or when u want to charge me for what you call cartoons that no child has ever even heard of. Have a back up plan before checking into this one...
just breakfest was less tasteful than i had hoped.
I really like the bathroom and king bed..
I had major problems with television..I think microwave and fridge should have been included..
Comfortable bed and access to Metro.
No complaints. There was a large function in the hotel Saturday night but it did not disturb us at all. People were polite and well-behaved.
Enough space in the room Free parking space Shuttle bus to subway
Breakfast was a big -/-
I loved the junior suite. Bee there. Twice and not once disappointed
nothing to really complain about.
Room size nice clean quite
I liked the aesthetics of the hotel, it was pretty.
The floors were Very dirty almost like a blood stain, there was dried urine on the toilet, I called about the ice machine not working and the front desk told me to go to another floor. The ac didn't work!
I was pleasantly surprised by the size and layout of the room. I did not expect the room to be that large for the price that I paid.
My interaction with front desk staff ruined my entire evening!
There were 2 incidents in one night with the front desk personnel - I will never stay at this hotel again... Upon arrival the lady manning the front desk was chatting with another hotel personnel - he walks off as I walk up - she says good evening may I have your name...I tell her..she says ok you are all checked in..I say no I would like to change the card that I used and pay with another card...she says I cant cancel the transaction at this point but you can put the 100.00 room deposit on another card...WTH! She was so in a rush to get back to her conversation with the man she was chatting with that she rushed my checkin and refused to make any changes! SHE SHOULD HAVE ASKED ME DID I WANT TO USE THE CARD THAT WAS IN THE SYSTEM OR HOW WOULD I LIKE TO PAY OR allow me to utter a word more than my name! It became heated simply because she didnt want do her job! I needed some assistance with the ice and soda machine on my floor - they were off for some reason...@2:30 am I went down to the front desk to let them know about the problem and the guy told me to "take the elevator to each floor until I find one that is working" Are you kidding me?? Basically "you figure it out!" Please train your personnel in customer service...
Nobody to assist you carry baggages
The room very nice
Customer service was very poor at front desk. Very nasty not professional had to cancel my stay.
They charge me twise, I call to accounts dpt, nobody answers on working day I live massage, still they didn't adjust or call back
Beautiful, comfortable Hotel Staff was friendly. Room was above average.
Shower was slippery and the hotel was having trouble with their water so I had a cold shower. Also I thought I forgot my toothbrush, when I tried to call housekeeping and the front desk, no one ever.
