just breakfest was less tasteful than i had hoped.
I really like the bathroom and king bed..
I had major problems with television..I think microwave and fridge should have been included..
Comfortable bed and access to Metro.
No complaints. There was a large function in the hotel Saturday night but it did not disturb us at all. People were polite and well-behaved.
Enough space in the room Free parking space Shuttle bus to subway
Breakfast was a big -/-
I loved the junior suite. Bee there. Twice and not once disappointed
nothing to really complain about.
Room size nice clean quite
I liked the aesthetics of the hotel, it was pretty.
The floors were Very dirty almost like a blood stain, there was dried urine on the toilet, I called about the ice machine not working and the front desk told me to go to another floor. The ac didn't work!
I was pleasantly surprised by the size and layout of the room. I did not expect the room to be that large for the price that I paid.
My interaction with front desk staff ruined my entire evening!
There were 2 incidents in one night with the front desk personnel - I will never stay at this hotel again... Upon arrival the lady manning the front desk was chatting with another hotel personnel - he walks off as I walk up - she says good evening may I have your name...I tell her..she says ok you are all checked in..I say no I would like to change the card that I used and pay with another card...she says I cant cancel the transaction at this point but you can put the 100.00 room deposit on another card...WTH! She was so in a rush to get back to her conversation with the man she was chatting with that she rushed my checkin and refused to make any changes! SHE SHOULD HAVE ASKED ME DID I WANT TO USE THE CARD THAT WAS IN THE SYSTEM OR HOW WOULD I LIKE TO PAY OR allow me to utter a word more than my name! It became heated simply because she didnt want do her job! I needed some assistance with the ice and soda machine on my floor - they were off for some reason...@2:30 am I went down to the front desk to let them know about the problem and the guy told me to "take the elevator to each floor until I find one that is working" Are you kidding me?? Basically "you figure it out!" Please train your personnel in customer service...
Nobody to assist you carry baggages
The room very nice
Customer service was very poor at front desk. Very nasty not professional had to cancel my stay.
They charge me twise, I call to accounts dpt, nobody answers on working day I live massage, still they didn't adjust or call back
Beautiful, comfortable Hotel Staff was friendly. Room was above average.
Shower was slippery and the hotel was having trouble with their water so I had a cold shower. Also I thought I forgot my toothbrush, when I tried to call housekeeping and the front desk, no one ever.
the only thing I liked was that the hotel moved me to another room.
I did not have any hot water in my room, the telephone would not ring the hotel receptionist and the room was missing a hair dryer and towels. This was the worst experience ever. Yes, they did move me to another hotel room but once a person/family finish traveling they want get to their room and rest now wake everyone up just to move to another room because the room has too many issues with it. this is poor customer service and poor hotel management.
The fact that there where a lot of friendly football fans. The staff was real nice.
To start I wasn't able to give my full head line. The room was small for 2 beds. The shower handle was broke but because we we're only there for 2 nights dealt with it. The beds we're way to small and uncomfortable. We had to wait in the buffet line for a while because they ran out of food. There was more but I think that is enough to work on.
Water would not get hot enough. Water would get cod while showering
Continental Breakfast was the best!
The service at the restaraunt
There wasn't microwave in the room, but the staff sent one to us upon our request
We loved spacious, modern and clean rooms with a very large and comfy king size bed. Large parking lot by the hotel, well connected both to the highway and Washington.
The fact that our room was connected with another room with a door made it a bit awkward as you could hear what's happening in the other room. Wifi in the room was quite sluggish and disconnected few times, good on the first floor though.
Good breakfast Metro driver very nice Nice sized room, quiet
No hot water (barely lukewarm) Staff could barely stop watching TV in bar long enough to make my drink Room was dark, and could have been a bit cleaner
-10 minutes from Washington, DC -Large rooms and a nice sized bathroom -Friendly staff
The fact that it was complimentary.
The food was terrible. We had waffles which were way too hard for my children to eat. The sausages weren't cooked through. The juice was okay and my husband liked the coffee.
