The hotel is very well located in downtown, the staff was helpful and the rooms are nicely designed and comfortable.
The hotel was beautifully modern. The suite was impecable. The king size bed in the suite was so increadbly comfortable. My friends and I had a great time there.
Downtown location is ok
My view of a brick wall from my window was horrible. Restroom was small. Queen size bed seemed smaller than the one at home.
I liked the fact that it was spotless .
the only bad thing was there was a brick wall not even 4 feet fromy window so there was no kind of scenery
Proximity to everywhere. Staff after few hours get to know you by name. Safe home feeling
good location, nice design, friendly staff
breakfast was included in my price but the choice of food wasn't too good
The staff -WONDERFUL So nice! , the restaurant was great, the style and look of the building was super cool
•The noisy people outside from the night club •just a few minor touch ups needed in the bathroom and entryway area of room (wallpaper, tile, paint, ect...)
I would stay here again.
the kindness of the staff, the excellent value respect to money, the position. very good.
Good location. 5 minutes walk from staples center. Hotel was nice and room was good. There was a bad smell in lobby and halls.
Bad smell in lobby and halls.
Location to Staples and other attractions. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
Bathroom was a bit cramped.
The free breakfast & location
Small room with an even smaller bathroom. The view we had was of a concrete wall. No exhaust fan in the restroom (really?). They have a sign in the room that says they only change the sheets once every 3 days unless you request different?? Totally not what I am used to. The lighting is extremely low. The lights in the elevator are red--it makes it very dark.
Great little bar and restaurant and bar downstairs......lots of life.
Convenient to the Convention Center, excellent front desk staff that was very helpful in combining two separate reservations for the same stay for different room types, and a on-site restaurant and bar that is reasonably priced (even though somewhat limited menu) and exceptionally tasty entrees!
As with any urban hotel, I awoke on occasion to sounds of traffic however I am a light sleeper when I travel. I did find the stay restful overall.
The Lobby the bar and restaurant just the look of it.
The rooms were horrible. Dirty carpets. So tiny you couldn't move if you had three in the room the shower well if the room was small you can imagine what the bathroom and shower were like. The door to the bathroom broke couldnt get it back on track called front desk to repair never came. So over all it was a horrible and nasty Hotel. Never ever stay there I'd wold have paid a little more and stayed at the ritz carlton. :)
They add an additional service fee of 14 which they haven't mention it on the page.
they add breakfist, wireless cost, so it is much higher price that in booking.com
Great downtown location, modern look and amenities, yet warm feeling to the hotel. Parking convenient and reasonable compared to other DT properties.
Breakfast wasn't advertised as continental - could've been better based on price for room.
Near parking,steple center
rooms are very small and the beds are quite small,no room view at all, when you look out your window your looking at the hotel windows next door, and that felt creepy, didn't like the fact there is no ice maker available on the floors, you have to ask the front desk and then wait around for them to bring it, the beds are not even twin size its even smaller, for the money I paid I would not ever go to this place again, hotel is not accomidiating for comfort at all, spend your money on a better and much larger place than this hotel.
Close to a metro station, wifi provided for free, continental breakfast, nice staff
Rooms a bit small but okay for a little stay
Dinner, the lobby, the staff, the room... the location.. all but the parking garage next door.
the parking garage next door was a nightmare.. it took 25 min. to get out in the morning. No attendant, and I was not the only one... it is not a part of the hotel, but it is the only place to park.. I was almost late for an appointment. It was a very bad way to start my day after a delightful stay.
I enjoyed having access to a full-service gym, the T.V. was nice, and the bed, although small and not a real Queen, was comfortable.
The lighting in the room was horrible, our view was a brick wall, the bathroom was awkwardly configured, the male staff was rude, and the room rates were overpriced.
