Check in staff seemed to go out their way to be rude and unhelpful. This despite my having diamond status with BestWestern. Oh yes the breakfast was poor and the dining room far to small. It was like a scrum in there in the morning.

Very close to the airport with free shuttle which is what we needed it for! very comfy, clean rooms and free hot breakfast.

I loved the breakfast options. I did not expect a warm breakfast...it was great as were the staff The water pressure in the shower was a little weak and it was hard to regulate the temperature. It was either hot or cool, not a let inbetween.

Very clean, good breakfast, very nice outdoor pool. Located conveniently off hwy 55. Usually stay at 4 star hotels but all were booked so tried the Best Western Plus. Very pleasantly surprised! Great value! Will definitely stay here again. (Frequent traveler)
