The hotel was located in a nice and safe area. It was less than 10 minutes from the Water park we were visiting. It was also close to shopping stores and lots of places to dine. The staff was friendly and professional. The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious. The breakfast had strict hours so if you're a late sleeper make sure you set your alarm. Other than than our stay was perfect and we will return when we visit again.

The room was clean, spotless, no dust or any sign of grime anywhere! Loved having the ability to cook meals for my family in our room. Very much a fully furnished, down to kitchen soap and sponge/kitchen utensils, one bedroom apartment.

Only stayed one night. Quiet and good night sleep.
It makes a very big difference where you stay in Roseville.
It makes a very big difference where you stay in Roseville. This property is in the best location hands down. It was clean safe quiet and worth the money. It was different than a lot of other places I’ve stayed. It was not surprising that it was mostly sold out. I wish all of my stays in hotels were like this one.

Roseville is a bustling town that has grown significantly over the past few decades. It has so much to see and explore. Also, must mention all the surrounding areas like Auburn and Folsom that have a lot to do and see as well!

This hotel is in a good location, its easy access, although it is on the corner of busy streets. There is a mall close by and lots of choices for eating out. Staff is friendly, breakfast choice is good. No complaints, this will be my place to stay when I come back. I feel safe here, room was clean, has little fridge and microwave. Small snack bar at the front desk with snacks and water/drinks, at normal prices. Check in/out was easy and quick. It was a good stay. Would definitely recommend it.

The bad: a cockroach on the vanity counter, defective toilet, lacked cleanliness detail and... those hidden fees will add at least $78.00 to whatever you have paid so far.
Roseville is a wonderful place to visit and your experience can be vastly improved by staying at a higher quality facility.

We were in Roseville for a youth softball tournament.
We were in Roseville for a youth softball tournament. The fields and park were lovely with lots of shade and clean toilet facilities. We would go there again but would not recommend the Extended Stay Hotel as it was an expensive Motel 6 without any amenities.
Great location and awesome customer service. The room was pristine, super clean and disinfected. We had coffee and refrigerator in the room.
The bed was super comfy, the breakfast was good, a little bit of everything for all different tastes.
I would really recommend this hotel. The gym was small but clean and everything was in great condition.
There is a mall nearby, just a 2-minute drive. Great location.
Car GPS system did not work well to find location. Called hotel and was told Holiday Inn is across from Kaiser Hospital. We circled Kaiser Hospital twice, no hotel. We finally found the hotel on our own. There is no Kaiser Hospital near the Holiday Inn, another hospital, different name, several blocks away. The receptionist insisted she was correct in her instructions.
Breakfast was amazing. Lots to choose from and the hot selections were actually hot, including the cinnamon rolls that I thought were to die for! The room actually looked exactly like the photos shown on the website. Everything looked nearly new. Staff very friendly and location was perfect for our needs.
Breakfast at staff was fantastic we actually ordered a bigger room and got a really tiny room it was for a wedding so we had to have all the groomsmen get ready in a little tiny room the beds were uncomfortable the door we had to have someone come fix our door cause I won’t shut or lock.
The location was good. A couple of shops and restaurants across the street. Room was spacious and not a loud area. Staff are friendly. I like the security guards who were out all night by the main entrance. This made us feel safe.
I have been coming to the Springhill hotel for the pass 6 years and I have never had a bad stay I always recommend this hotel to friends and family whenever they asked about a place to stay when their going to be in Sacramento
The staff was really nice and helped accommodate use with our rooms. We had an issue with our room and they moved us to a new room. They were very helpful in the dining area as well in the 8 days that we were there.
The location of this hotel is just about the only positive thing I can say about this place. It was close to the family we were visiting and cheaper than other hotels in the area but cheaper is NOT always better.
The room was nice, the people at the front desk were exceptionally NICE, helpful & kind. One person stands out - STEVE, he went above & beyond for us, VERY nice young man. He should be running the place ;-)
Didn’t have breakfast because it wasn’t free like most hotels. The room was spacious inside. Decent exercise room. They let us have a late checkout which was great.
