Location. Alot cleaner than the other place we had reservations to stay at. Which was unfundable. Never use Priceline again. Here they were very helpful and clean.

I liked it a lot! It's an old converted Holiday Inn style building with rooms that cluster around a pool. It was sort of nostalgic for me, since I attended various conferences in past years in hotels like it.
It was quiet, private and very restful. Glad to see a workable tub since I have a sore back and needed to soak.
Good fridge and microwave. Very kind and helpful staff.
I also liked that the hotel is located on roads that are set back from the main roads. Made me feel safer.
This is probably the nicest Red Roof Inn I’ve ever stayed at. Beds were very comfy, and the room and lobby were very clean. You can hear the people above walking around, but the noise level was very quiet (no voices/tv sounds in the room). A/C had a loud ringing so we kept it off all night. Note that there was no free breakfast due to Covid.
The over all stay was okay but I was charged 250 because the found wrappers from rillos in the trash. The people checked the room before we left and gave me 100 deposit back. And after I left 2 days later they charged me. I don't smoke in my own house. I'm sure as hell not smoking in a damn hotel room.
The location is perfect for Coldwater visits. The neighbors were not seen or heard.
Cute place on the water, it was February so not a lot of time spent outside. Everything worked well and was clean!
The whirl pool was nice until you turned the water on and it wasn’t clear! It was rust and who knows what else. Very first hotel I ever tried to stay at, with no water softener of any kind.
Good location, near the interstate. Lots of stores and restaurants near by.
There was a beautiful area in the middle. They have rooms that look out onto an indoor pool.
