Location. Alot cleaner than the other place we had reservations to stay at. Which was unfundable. Never use Priceline again. Here they were very helpful and clean.

It was sort of nostalgic for me, since I attended various conferences in past years in hotels like it. It was quiet, private and very restful. Glad to see a workable tub since I have a sore back and needed to soak. Good fridge and microwave. Very kind and helpful staff.
