The location - room 501 - was great. I could see the cathedral from the balcony. The reception staff was helpful. The breakfast crew was professional and friendly. The room was clean. Thanks! Be sure to visit the Joan of Arc museum when in Rouen. It is a 2min walk form the hotel and is exceptionally well done.
