Kastelruth was beautiful, and we spent our two days pre-travel back home walking through the beautiful town and hiking in alpine meadows.

Staff was really gentle and accomodating to our requests. Cool people. Breakfast was good and plentiful, with hundred items on the counter. We went hiking to glaciers and didnt thought about eating until 18.00 due to that breakfast. I'm glad that I have found this hotel, as I want to use it as base to explore Italian Alps.

The hotel is great, in an outstanding location and there is an exit from it to an amazing forest trip, but the main thing is the staff who go above and beyond and make sure I feel as if I am the only guest in the hotel. It is a wonderful Chalet,with spectacular view. The amenities are unique. The infinity pool is breathtaking, All the accomodation is very clean (spa,room). The shared places are wonderfully decorated. The breakfast is very nice with plenty of choices.. All the personnel is very kind and helpful, especially Giada who welcomed us, informed us completely, with kindness and humour and answered every question we had for the services. It is an excellent choice for calmness and jubilation!!

We loved everything from the start - easy check-in, very friendly stuff, we were very surprised about amount of entertainment the hotel has - from hiking/bike tours to spa and wellness like yoga and stretching, we enjoyed a lot massages, facial and spa in general, pools have amazing Mountain View, the whole territory is very stylish and clean, and room was specious, bed was super comfy. And another big thanks for the food!! it was the best breakfast we’ve ever had! And we tried first night to dine at the restaurant, and the same day changed our just bed and breakfast deal to half board, because the food was so good and definitely worth to pay for! Also amazing selection of local wines 👍 every staff was very polite, friendly and professional! highly recommended

This is the best place to stay when visiting the Dolomites. We were amazed by our bungalow we stayed in and the views the park offered. I would and plan to return. We loved the spa and facilities. The restaurants on the site were awesome as well. They were super pet as well.
