The pool area was not very clean. The water was very cold and the only hot tub was severely overcrowded. Allowing for earlier check in would make the moment more memorable.

The accommodations weren't satisfactory. Room space was very inconvenient. Couldn't get to closet fully, bed was blocking it.

Was not told that 4 out of 6 Elevators were out of service. Wait times caused me to miss my reservations and be late for another meeting without a town guests.

The outdoor valet staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to help me with the problems I had!

As I was showering, the water seemed like it kept loosing pressure, then coming back. Also there were only 3 working elevators in the north tower which was annoying as the wait was a while

Didn't like the fire alarm going off at 4am in morning for 30 minutes, then 15 minutes later someone decided it was a good idea to wake us all up again to announce the elevators were running. Then when asked for explanation from front desk next day, no one was able explain what happened, it was brushed off. No compensation for a crap night of sleep was offered. Was in a 52 floor building with only one or two working elevators. Took us an hour to make two trips down to the lobby with luggage for checking out, due to the elevators not working.

The cleaning staff were excellent, super friendly and helpful. Front desk was very friendly, somewhat helpful.

Parking was the first issue. $80+tax for parking in the underground garage, and all the accessible spots were blocked off, ended up having to double park in a regular spot (so my handicapped passenger could get in/out) and came out the follow day to a minivan parked 2” from my door and the car on the other side (not sure how anyone got out of their vehicle except maybe the hatchback) despite there being about 50 empty spots. The woman checking us in was curt (not a welcoming atmosphere), booked a $450 king room with a Canadian falls view (the window was exactly 2 feet wide and in a corner tucked behind the bed). The room was as small as a broom closet and I’m 90% sure the bed was a queen (I have a king at home, and the bed we were given was drastically smaller than we’re used to). Could hear the people in the adjoining room for most of the night. Pool times were “required” to be booked in advance, indicating someone on the pool deck would be checking, but did not. Pool rules have a max of 10 people listed and no boisterous play, there had to be at least 30 people in the pool including kids who did nothing but splash and bump into us the entire time.

The hotel was nice and clean, digital check out was lovely. Lady in the little shop downstairs was so sweet and kind.

4am being awaken by fire alarms and announcements. (thankful it was taken care of, whatever and wherever it was, only seen 1 firetruck on the road, lights were not on, so, we didn't feel it was an emergency) Once we were finally able to get back to sleep, 6am, everyones room alarms went off. Heard multiple on our floor, 38th. We were so aggravated by this time, we got up and left. Just made for a long next day.

The elevators were being upgraded and they weren’t all in service so it took a long time. Also, we had a king room “with a view of the falls”. There was a view but the window was in a little alcove so you had to stand there to see it. The room was pretty dark too. Parking for the first day was $35. The 2nd day was $50 because it was the weekend and no one told us about that!
