The pool wasn't full of kids not attended by their parents. They kept diving even though the sign shows no diving. It was very noisy. There was a truck working at 7am in the morning, which waked up my whole family

Room looked a little run down - a little more care in housekeeping to ensure all garbage removed and things clean. While staff wore masks, there was little enforcement of mask wearing rules for clients.

Our shower walls were covered with hair when we arrived. We did not get access to a key card, only an actual key was available. This meant that we Only had one key to the room and no access to the pool or gym. It was incredibly inconvenient. We had to beg for a key card to the pool. There was no way they would give us an extra key to the room. The woman at the front desk was brusque and unfriendly. The room was supplied with half empty rolls of toilet paper which finished after two nights. I called to ask for the room to be cleaned and to get new toilet paper. Nobody came. I had to chase down one of the cleaning staff to get more toilet paper. Nobody ever cleaned the room.

Chair in room was broken and didn't go up to be able to use for my computer at the desk. People staying in room next to me were up all night, opening their door every 10 mins. Perhaps paranoid drug users. I have stayed there numerous times over the last few months and spent alot of money. This stay was a little uncomfortable for price.

Very noisy birds nesting in out side window sounded like they were in the room all night and ice machine in hall was loud all night. Room cleanliness on scale of 1-10 was about 5, same goes for all of the facilities. When checked in the air was on in the room and it smelled like overpowering pine car air fresheners, as it was only 1 degree out we clear turned it off. Front desk didn’t even take the time to even acknowledge customers and not overly friendly or helpful.

There was a hockey team playing mini sticks, running up and down the hallway. Parents loud and partying outside my door past 11pm, I called the front desk to complain. A staff member came down the hallway and did nothing about it. Parents were partying past 1am super loud...rough night sleeping

The glass on the shower was extremely dirty. Hair all over the bathroom. The sitting area the floors were covered in dirt.

My room heater was super loud. Rooms were remodeled and good but wall heater appeared old and maybe from the original build.

COVID restrictions made the lobby feel empty, the fitness facilities and pool had to be booked in advance. This is not avoidable these days and the staff did their very best to make people feel comfortable.

This hotel was an excellent value for a short stay. Very convenient to the QEW, to Niagara/Toronto/wine tasting. The area has fast food restaurants, shopping nearby. The hotel has a lot of convenient restaurants and entertainment options, the COVID restrictions were really well handled. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable, nice decor and a microwave and fridge offered good options.

The size of the room was a little small, no black out shades although the california shades were pretty good, no bathroom fan. The gym is not ppen very early and being a wheelchair accessible room was not necessary.. Bathroom mirror tilted was not ideal.

The bed and pillows are comfy, the appliances and tv worked well. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean

There was no cleaning in room, no bedsheet change. When we asked, they told un it was because of Covid-19.

The breakfast was excellent. The staff was nice, but the price was high compared to the standing of the Hotel. For the same room, Embassy hotel and suite in Niagara Falls is cheaper. For a 3 stars hotel, it too expensive.
