The pool was empty but then again it was emptied for the winter although the terrace was open

Breakfast was very good . My room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the location was excellent. I highly recommend the New Hotel with its safe relaxed atmosphere.

everythning from the time we welcomed for a late checkin until the taxi arrived to take us to the train station to return back to UK. 4 days later. Everything was very nice. Great staff, great location 83 bus goes from outside the hotel. Close to the beach. excellent location

I really liked this hotel with one (small) exception: the pillows were unconfortable (made of concrete?). Did not sleep as well as I could have.

No air conditioning told to open terrace door all night which is not safe. Only 1 choice of milk for breakfast. Asked for directions to airport but hotel staff said he doesn’t drive, not helpful

I’m giving it a 9 because of the unpleasent situation: When we got there, we had just one night stay because we have been doing an Eurotrip. It was the only hotel ( we travelled all Switzerland, Germany, France, Austria, Hungary) that asked us to pay a deposit of 150€( higher than the price we’re paid for the room). There was nothing written about the fact that they’re gonna charge us this amount when we get thete because we yould have never booked it. Ok, we gave them the credit card and they said that at checkout, the amount will be released back instantly( like they took it). We checked out but the amount havent’t been released. The next day we called the bank and they’ve said that the amount was withdrown and they need the receit from the hotel - that they abandoned the amount- ( in order to put the money in the bank account again ). It was good that we actually took the receit from the hotel- ok it’s been 3 days and we have to go at the bank when we arrive home in order to recover the amount. Be carefull and do not pay the deposit with your credit card because you will have that amount blocked for idk how long- eventhough they tell you that they’re gonna reimburse it instantly. That is not how it works( at least not for us). Hotel Marseill…idk if you ask everyone for this amount or you asked just us..idk how this works but it was very unpleasent and stopped us on promoting your hotel on our instagram pages and giving it a good review.🙏 At least ask it in cash, if you know that it doesn’t work to give them back as fast as it works to take it. It is not about the money but the principle.

Rooms-ok( hotel entrance&design above aspect of the rooms) Food-very very good. Parking- super close. Super clean and confortable. Location- super close to the Marina

Great hotel! Nice rooms, good location for a conference at the Vieux Port and for access to nearby food. They did not have a full service restaurant at the time I was there, which was actually perfect - they had a small menu of high-quality items + drinks in a very casual but comfortable setting so I could just read a novel while having dinner without feeling out of place. Breakfast was amazing also.

Lack of a proper chair at the desk, making it uncomfortable to work there. Poor food selection in the restaurant, and the course I chose, the poulet fermier, was dry and was not particularly pleasant.

The first night I turned on the AC, and I got immediately sick after a couple of hours, and this affected my entire stay. The filters should definitely be cleaned.

Nice area, modern structure, kind staff, clean rooms. Very close to the conference venue and the port.

There was some problem with the drain in the bathroom. The water did not go through immediately and accumulated in the wash basin and in the bath while taking a shower. Maybe the drain needs to be cleaned.

I liked the staff very much. Everybody was very polite and kind. The location was very convenient and easily accessible from the train station. The room was quiet and comfortable.

Great location within easy walk of the vieux port and easy taxi ride from either the airport or train station. Reception staff were great and managed to get us a taxi on day of departure back to the train station when there was a huge problem with taxi availability that day.
