I do feel that at the price we paid per night that the one small bottle of bath/shower gel for the 2 of us supplied could have been restocked on subsequent days. Breakfast was in the lovely restaurant but it does need some attention, tea & coffee great but the buffet section was poor in terms of choice and quality, we had the cooked breakfast but it had been cooked earlier and reheated, the poached eggs were badly undercooked, mushrooms and potato scone appeared to have been put in deep fat fryer to reheat. If breakfast was improved the stay would be perfect

Our room was modern, spacious and comfortable. Parking was ample and free, Staff courteous and the housekeeping wonderful. No lift as it is an older building but the young man on reception immediately offered to carry our cases up to our room. It is a popular wedding venue and although there was a wedding on our last night we were not troubled by that at all

Wedding party music a little loud, but nothing that my wax earplugs couldn't handle.

The kindness and welcoming nature of ALL staff, dealing with specific concerns surrounding my husband's Parkinson's, was truly exceptional. The food was stunning, and accommodation perfect. And I'd love to know the make of the mattress - the best I have ever slept on.

Radiator in the front room didnt work, Wasn't a massive issue as the duvet did its job and it wasnt uncomfortable. just worth a mention

No issues, it was a lovely experience.

Our twin bedded room was comfortable, roomy and well equipped. The hotel staff were welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent, well cooked and presented. The overall package was excellent value for money and as regular travellers to Glasgow we will return

My only gripe. and its very small and i should have said something at the time. is that the poached eggs we under cooked. but that is nothing in the grand stature of how the hotel and looks feels.

The ambiance of the whole hotel exceeded my expectations. paying attention to fine detail made for an excellent stay. After 4 days on the road and finally a great night sleep. I have now added this to my list of favorites.
