Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The windows are not well isolated and there is a chance that you can hear the noise from outside.
I totally liked the concept and style of the hotel and also how helpful and friendly everyone was. The location is also a big plus: you can walk to and through Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park to the Buckingham Palace - in under an hour. Good is also the distance to Paddington Station, not only when travelling by plane. The rooms are not the biggest, but super comfortable and with intelligent possibilities to store luggage. Also, there are lots of possibilities to charge your devices with both USB and power outlets.

My mum complained the pillows were too firm... I liked them so who knows.
Very thoughtful, aiming to be environmentally friendly design and amenities. Staff couldn't do enough for you. Great location.

With our room being compact it did get quite warm & the air conditioning unit was situated directly above the bed. This meant we had to ensure the temperature was right before settling down to sleep for the night.
The hotel is in a good location, just far away enough from the main roads to be quiet, but close enough for you to have everything in walking distance. The staff were very welcoming & friendly. Rooms were very clean & bijoux.

No direct sunlight in the room. We were almost in the basement. The room was very small.
The breakfast was amazing, definitely worth it. The bed was very comfortable. Extremely good toiletries.

The room had no window. It was already damp and warm in the room when I entered and this was not easily managed, especially after taking a shower. Also, the gym is a bit of a joke. It's just a peleton bike + 1 bench with some random weights, again in a very damp and warm room.
Comfortable bed and great location. Also, the staff is super friendly and helpful.

The en suite door in our room had a damaged hinge and so kept swinging open !

Thought the bedroom was slightly on the small side. No coffee in the room. Breakfast took a very long time and was billed incorrectly on Saturday so didn’t return on Sunday.
Friendly staff who checked us in early. Sauna. Tea & coffee at reception.

Barely slept as I thought the man next door would come through the wall. Absolutely no sound proofing, ruined the stay for us sadly

Bedrooms are nice but very small for the price charged. We have stayed here multiple times, but price for this hotel seems to keep going up and getting to the point where possibly no longer fair value and other nearby hotels offer better for less money. It’s a nice hotel but the rooms are really very very compact and this limits what I’d pay to stay there.

Originally booked a triple room at inhabit Southwick Street with one double and one single bed. Booking moved to inhabit queens Gardens due to maintenance. Only camped available in the triple room instead of single bed and not very comfortable.
Free breakfast due to change in hotel.

The room location which was in the basement. Totally claustrophobia. A window that only a cat could fit through. Not what we'd chosen on booing.com
A nice welcome from the staff and really liked the Hotel . We arrived before check in so we left our bags with reception and we were told our bags would be placed in our room. On arriving back late that night we were taken by the night staff to the basement part of the hotel to our room. The room itself was very nice but the bed was unbelievably small and we had the tiniest window which we would not have been able to get through if there had been a fire. I had total claustrophobia. I asked the member of staff if we could move and he said the hotel was full. When checking out the staff asked if everything was OK. I repeated what I'd said the night before and my concerns. The thing is the room was nothing like advertised on Booking.com hence my surprise. We use booking.com all the time and this is the first time it's ever happened. Sorry for my rant but this was not what we booked.

We would have appreciated hooks in the bedroom or bathroom to hang our towels. The location is ok, just a bit far from the center of London.
The beds were super comfy. We liked that this is an eco-friendly, vegan-friendly hotel. The staff was really nice and helpful and our stay was lovely.

The single occupancy room is a bit small and the hallways too narrow but it’s definitely doable if you’re just sleeping the night there and spending the day out exploring the city.
Location is a very close walk to Paddington station yet it’s on a quiet back street. Filtered water is provided on each floor.
