my shower seemingly didn’t work to a switch being accidentally turned off, this was easily fixed when I mentioned it to the team.

location, food, pub garden and relaxing atmosphere were all brilliant as well as they parking!

Reception staff very friendly and helpful, location is ideal for exoring Stow on foot or the area by car.

Great location, good that the hotel had parking. Friendly staff. Room was lovely and spacious, bathroom was good size and great powerful shower. We arrived on a hot day unfortunately and no fan or air conditioning otherwise room was perfect

Not surprised that a room at the Sheep was great having visited pub for meals and drinks many times before always leaving pleased. Great location and plenty of parking available on side streets if not availalbe in the car park.

we were ignored at reception when trying to check out, emails sent prior to arrival about booking a table in the restaurant were never replied to.

The Horsefair was in town for the week. Unfortunately this meant the hotel was under lock and key and we were limited in the time we could spend in the bar and couldn't sit in the beer garden to the rear, even in gorgeous spring sunshine. Not the establishments fault that the travellers arrived 2 days earlier than expected but regrettable at the actions and restrictions in place for patrons.

Our only issue was the WiFi—it kicks you out every few minutes. we ask about it and it was confirmed that this is by design—for security reasons. No other hotel we’ve stayed out does this.

We came in from the back entrance as that’s were the car park was so we didn’t get a chance to see much of the hotel. The stairs were a big problem for me as I am disabled and I was unable to breathe by the time we got to the room so I had to use my nebulizer. I didn’t think about that when I booked so it’s my fault.

The sheep was very convenient for the wedding we were attending and the price was great

Didn't know how to use the espresso machine- could have done with instructions. Need to have a mirror near a plug socket. Would have loved a biscuit with the tea.

Fabulous room and amazing comfy bed. Best power shower I've ever had. Very clean. All staff were so lovely and polite and helpful. 11am checkout great. Will 100% go back.

The shower is modern and the bathroom facilities are good. However, the shower head was dripping constantly, and we had to place it in the bath to stop the dripping noise. The restaurant is lovely and I was served a full English breakfast which looked excellent, until I came to eat it as it was lukewarm / in parts cold, rather than hot. I could have mentioned this to the member of staff on duty but didn't so in fairness I didnt give them the opportunity to put things right which I am sure they would have done. The team member in the restaurant who served us was very good.

We stayed for just one night but were warmly welcomed and soon checked in. The room was as expected, cosy and comfortable. The bed too was comfortable. The hotel is very dog friendly which was one of the main reasons for choosing the hotel. The location is excellent too right in the main area of Stow on the Wold.
