Everything was spotlessly clean and the room was well equipped. Breakfast was delicious and our hosts were very welcoming. We couldn’t have wished for a better stay.

A lovely full English breakfast. They provided whatever you wished for with out any trouble. Very friendly atmosphere too. A modern, clean well equipped spacious room.

We enjoyed our stay at Torlands. The room was spacious, clean and with lovely views. Bharat ji was very helpful and great to talk to and cooked us lovely breakfast. Would go there again and definitely recommend.

We were greeted by very friendly hosts who showed us around the accommodation. The room was lovely, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great, a selection of cereals, yoghurts and a cooked breakfast which were all delicious.

Can not fault this lovely b&b. Bharat & Ann were so accommodating of our lateish arrival and with our 2.5yr old son. Our room was very big, super big bed, light and airy. The breakfast was cooked to order with lovely continental breakfast as well. The views from property are beautiful. 15min walk into the town, the river and bridge. Absolutely would stay here again. Lovely, quiet, spacious, light, clean room. Well laid out and good facilities with ensuite bathroom, large wardrobe and plenty of drawer space. The lounge also very spacious and lovely and we were made to feel welcome and make use of the spacious accommodation on offer. Views from the lounge are spectacular. Breakfast was hearty and very tasty. Thank you to our friendly hosts!!

Walking back after the hill after we walked into town the 1st night……… Lesson learnt, drove next time.

Bharat and Anne were the best hosts travellers could hope for, nothing would have have been too much to cater for. The room was amazing with all the creature comforts anyone could hope for, all based in what was an exquisite family home. We felt right at home straight away and absolutely enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Definitely recommend this place to any of our friends.

Well located within 20 mins walk of Monmouth centre (via a steep hill) the views from Torlands are superb. The owners are excellent hosts, the room was spacious and well furnished, and the breakfasts were excellent!

As others have said this property is spotlessly clean. My room was comfortable and spacious. The property is in a quiet location, although not far from the centre of Monmouth. Bharat, the owner was welcoming and attentive and cooked a very good breakfast too.
