When we arrived at Romantic Spa resort late at night after our flight was delayed we had to wait 20 mins for them to come and get us to be told were were being transferred to another resort, the resort was closer to town and nicer apparently but the pool didn’t have any water in it yet

Room was clean and very spacious. Staff were very helpful, they came and fixed our curtain Rod within a day when it fell down.

Unfortunately, what I am rating now is not linked to this hotel. Because of undergoing works, the owner moved us to another hotel, the Blue Horizon. Although we would have liked to be warned before arriving, the new hotel was an excellent surprise (the owner quickly came to pick us up to take us to her other hotel). Lovely pool, spacious and clean room, nice staff and great location, close to the dynamic life of Fira. Would definitely come back.

The property we were sent to on the day of arrival (in the Karterados area) was not the same as the advertised property, as we found it was undergoing renovation. We would’ve liked to have been told this in advance, as we had to reconsider transport options and added distance to Thera.

The accommodation was quiet, equipped with what you’d need for a couple days’ stay. The surrounding area has plenty of cafés, bakeries and convenience stores.

The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable! They upgraded our room to the spa suite and it was very comfortable and clean. We asked for extra pillows and it was no problem. The property is a 10-15 minute walk from Fira centre but we didn’t mind at all, since it’s away from the busy tourist areas! For the money we spent it was better than expectations!

There was no hot water on overcast days. It seems like their only source of hot water is the rooftop solar water heater. The weather was chilly for the first couple days I visited in May, so the barely luke warm showers were rough. The sound proofing is not great and there were lots of mysterious banging, clanging noises up until midnight, but ear plugs helped a lot.

The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were freshened daily if desired. The location is ideal, a ten minute walk to the downtown of Thera, which is loud and touristy, so there wasn't much noise here. They arranged a ride for me from the airport when I arrived after midnight, which cost less than a cab and was safe and reliable. The budget room was cheaper than a dorm bed in the hostel. Overall a good experience

Shower had lack of hot water. Hotel location required to go in dark city streets, but not big deal as traffic is not busy. Spa is extra fees.

The room was advertised as having a king sized bed but it was a queen sized bed. The bed and headboard were about 2 feet off of the ground. Not the most comfortable bed. The Wi-Fi was terrible. We ended up having to go to restaurants to use their Wi-Fi to be able to work.

The host was very friendly & helpful. The pool area was lovely. The rooms was very clean.

In fact, we like everything. Location is not perfect, but once you are in vacation, it is nice to have short walk to the city center. And one more information, although name says resort, it is not resort. It doesn't have any additional service. Anyway, this place is very good and worth to be visited.

Room was very nice, simply equipped, but with big bed, enough space in the wardrobe. The terrasse was big and with great sea view. Pool has beautiful view also. Everything is very clean, rooms, pool.... Staff is great and very polite. Our full recommendations for once that like to have great time with very reasonable price.

The landlady just knock our door at 11.03, which is the check out time, i guess it is the price to pay to have the room ready earlier for the following guest.

It has a nice pool and its 15 mins walking from the fira bus station.The lady allowed us to enter before the check in time. Very convinient and good value for money, especially for santorini. All the rooms have a terrace to have a drink and a fridge. Quiet zone and sea views ( although not to the nice part).

The only flight from Barcelona arrived very early in the morning and there was no possibility to go to the hotel before 8:30am without annoying the owners.

Bathroom facilities were quite old but still functional. Location is not the best as it takes 15-20min uphill to get to the center of Fira.

The staff were very nice and the room was large and clean with a comfortable bed. You can watch the sunrise from the balcony.

We were only there for 6 hours to try sleep after a late flight arrival so didn’t get to experience the place much. Darker curtains or ideally block out curtains would have been good as the light and heat came into our room quite a bit.

In generaly everything was okey. Staff friendly, wants to communicate. Our room was clean, fresh. They clean room everyday. l, thats nice ! Room has cosy balcony with pool view. Air Conditioner works well. Cold and hot water is ok. But you have to know, that rooms are old furnished. For us it was okey, because we read comments below. Location. If you are by car, than it is perfect, if you are without, it is about 20 min walk to the Fira centrr and everytime up. For us it is not difficult, but everytime, you are wet than you reach Fira. I liked the pool, it is enough big and depth.

600-700 metres from resort centre, a good 15 minute walk, mainly uphill. For me, not too much of a problem but for anyone who is not so fit, transport of some form or another would be essential.

Nothing. I had chosen a budget room, which it was, but was very spacious and clean. I definitely got my money's worth.

I had a late night arrival, and arranged for a transfer with them. The driver was very friendly and welcoming, and communication before I arrived was great too. I was only staying for a night, but staff were all lovely. I only wish I had had time to use the pool because it was so inviting!
