The room was actually smaller than I tought, not very comfortable. Few steps force you to lift your suitcases to get in. Lighting in the bathroom wasn't enough

The hotel was very hot. It seems like the air-conditioning in the whole place was not working. The room was even hotter. When putting on the air-conditioning to the coldest, it didn't seem to cool down. (It wasn't a hot day outside 15 degree) We only had 1 tea bag in our room and no coffee. It would have been nice to have more choice and more than one. One of the rooms we had was located at the front of the building, and you can hear the tram rumbling past in the night. So would probably suggest asking from a room at the back if you are a light sleeper

Lovely hotel, the location is perfect for sightseeing. Nice big room. The breakfast was very nice with lots of choice. The hot food could have been a little hotter, though. Reception staff were very nice and helpful, a lovely, unique place to stay.

The breakfast are pretty poor for italian cuisine, the rooms are outdated, it was impossible to turn off heating, had to ask for a room change

The bathroom didn't meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel. Sometimes it took 3-4 minutes until warm water started running in the shower, some tiles were not glued properly to the wall, and the hair dryer was like a 50 year old device.

The bed was comfortable, and the hotel is in a good location. The receptionist was always helpful. Room service did a thorough job. Breakfast was very good, big variety and fresh products.

The breakfast was not so fresh, for example the cornetto (croissants) were a bit dry.

People were nice, the room was cleaned and comfortable. Really appreciate the stay there, and nice price/quality ratio. Location was also not that bad 10 min walking to the train station.

Room walls are paper thin. No sound proofing. However I still got a good nights sleep.

Excellent breakfast and close to Porta Nuova train station. Tram and bus stop opposite for connections to city centre if required.

There was no forced air in the room, making quite hot at night. Too much noise outside to open the windows. The AC in the room would dry more the air.

No problem to keep the bicycle in a protected courtyard. Very good breakfast for Italy standards. Very good windows to protect outside traffic noise.

Rooms a bit small and need updating. There is a tripping hazard on the floor going to some rooms (door frame bottom part) A bit noisy (trains going past)

Breakfast was with sugar based products there was no fresh vegetables. ( tomato, cucumber etc) Not enough egg 🥚 2 eggs were left ~1/2 hour before breakfast finishes and there were overcooked. No sugar products were only butter and some breads. I specifically selected for the breakfast.

The hotel was nice, but a bit run down (not majorly). Needed a paint job and a few little repairs in my opinion, but overall we liked it and felt comfortable. We stayed on the top floor and it was a bit hot, but there's airconditioning and the window opens onto a little balcony with a lovely view, so there were means to cool down the room.

The location was perfect for us, the staff were very helpful and allowed us late check-out (despite already having quite a late check-out time of 12 pm) which was great! The continental breakfast was really good too, and although they were out of eggs when we arrived, the staff kindly offered to make some just for us. We also found parking just outside and so didn't need to pay for the parking garage.

The toilet seat kept sliding off to the side, which was a bit annoying, especially as a woman. A more secure wifi network with password provided in the room would be preferable.

Breakfast was goid but could offer some more types of bread instead of cookies/pastries! Or just both. :) The staff were very kind and the room felt clean.

The breakfast was nice and there was good selection for many people. However, it would be very nice if additional items could be added for those with dietary restrictions such as dairy or gluten allergies.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The bed was particularly comfortable. The hotel was quiet and there was a beautiful view of the mountains from my window. The decor was pleasant.

The hotel isn't close to the city center but it is possible to go on foot, including most of the time I walked. If you don't want to walk, you can take a tram. The room was spacious and quiet. Breakfast was good. Staff are helpful and attentive.

The lighting in the bathroom was not great. It would benefit from a local light over a mirrow.

It was a great location - not far from the town centre and it was not in a busy and noisy district. It was a great balance.
