air conditioner was not in use since the staffs said its still winter however the room was warm and was told to open the window instead, i was a little bit annoyed when i was told to open the window as i’m not used to sleep with an open window. i was a bit disappointed that i was told that it was a centralized heating system and they cannot do anything with the air-condition system as it was still march and they will open the air-conditioning system in April.

The noise woke me up during the night, probably late check-in guests. It wasn't such a big deal though, the noise didn't last long.

Breakfast was delicious, nice staff and a very good location. I loved that I could check in easily even with a close to midnight arrival. The room was great for 1 person and could be comfortable for two people too.

Breakfast was not something special but it was good. It had the basic choices, we liked it it overall. Staff was polite. It is located 3 stations away from Duomo by underground.

No dislike at all really

Exceptional value for money, you get everything you need and even beyond for a short stay. Rooms are duly equipped, bed was comfortable, place is quite. Breakfast may not be at the level of a Michelin restaurant but does the job extremely well, also there is a proper bar with waiter preparing coffee or cappuccino, and not the the typical automatic coffee machines which you can find even in 5 stars hotels. Will definitely come back

One of the beds didn't have any blanket despite the other one to cover up ourselfs, so it was a bit cold during the night since our trip was on the winter

In my experience, the photos were a bit misleading, as the room we received was not as newly renovated as the ones in the pictures, and much smaller. It was not a bad room, especially for a short stay, but I think it seemed worse because of the expectations we had from seeing the pictures. It was a bit cold during the night, and we could not figure out how the heating works - no matter what temperature we set, the temperature in the room stayed the same. And while the rooms were clean, the common areas certainly weren’t. Chairs were splashed with dried coffee/juice, and there were huge spiders in the corners.

The hotel is a good choice for a short trip to Milan. It is close to the Central Station (10 min walk), and quite close to the main attractions as well (30 min walk, and well connected). The breakfast is decent (if you’re not vegan), and the coffee is good. I read some negative reviews regarding the staff, but we only encountered friendly, helpful employees. The room was clean, and cleaned daily throughout our short stay.
