Loved everything

The location was incredible. About 100 steps and look to the left to see the Coliseum. Absolutely magnificent. Santo was so kind and informative. We loved our stay!

Hotel is really perfect for tourists but not for business trip 😃 I think I was the only one who stayed there for business)) too relaxing atmosphere 😃) and very friendly and kind man on reception 😃 (seems like the owner but I’m not sure). I definitely recommend it and will stay there again in my next trip. I’d love to go there with my boyfriend, not for business and enjoy time there)

Room (404) was a little small (403 is bigger but balcony is slightly less attractive). No breakfast (as expected), which at the room price was a little disappointing [to be fair, there are NO dining facilities in this beautiful but compact hotel] and there could have been a tie-up with a nearby establishment? But this IS nit-picking.

Lovely room, very clean, wonderful reception team and the view from the balcony (room 404) over the Forum is excellent.

Very early check-out. No water in the room. Elevator in the middle floor, so you still have to carry.

Location is amazing, staff so nice in particular the man who worked on the arrival date in the late evening 25th. Spacious room. Good shower.

We were happy to get a room facing the street, but that comes with street noise. So if you need absolute quiet, you might want an interior room. The area is quite congested and the cab couldn't pull right up to the door.

The room was not huge but it was comfortable enough and what you'd expect for a facility in an older building. Comfortable mattress and plenty of hot water. The location can't be beat. It was a safe area and an easy walk to the Colosseum and a metro station. We also walked to Trevi Fountain and the Vatican. Tons of shops and restaurants nearby.

Small room with access to bed from one side only. Only two power outlets, none close to kettle position.

Balcony and privacy. Location very close to Colosseum and Forum and overlooking Forum. Very close to cafes and restaurants and shops and small supermarkets. Staff very helpful and friendly, understood our needs. Plenty of sensible and useful advice.

Perfect location, in the older part of the City. Very close to restaurants, bars, and sights - five minutes from Colosseum. The staff were professional and friendly. There are limited facilities, but with everything close by that was fine.

Nothing, property was perfect

Great location right next to the Colleseum, easy to get to the other sights. Room spotlessly clean, our room had a balcony with great view. Prosecco and chocolates on arrival was a nice touch. Loads of eateries right outside hotel.
