ItalyThe room felt a bit dated but overall was good. A bit noisy if you have a light sleep as the room was just in front of the train station and the crossings nearby.
Great location (just in front of Kyoto main train station), room was spacious, breakfast was overall good and satisfying. I liked the fact of being just below the tower, for which entry is discounted.

SingaporeI have booked 2 nights of 1 deluxe room for family of four. The room was clean, spacious with comfortable four single beds, a sofa and a coffee table. The self-serve amenities (coffee, tea, toothpaste) in the lobby for hotel guests. The hotel was in a convenient location, short distance walk to Kyoto station.

Location was fantastic to find hotel but also for all the sights, directly opposite Kyoto train station central exit. Lots of buses or trains/metro for access to the attractions. There is a food hall underneath the hotel which was amazing and had lots of Japanese food for us to try as well as lots of restaurants around the area and corner shops. Room was larger than some others in Japan. Comfortable bed. Staff very friendly and helpful

It’s a good place to stay. Within walking distance to Kyoto station to take buses or railway to go places you want to go. Hotel lobby is at level 8. For smoker need not worry head out to the emergency escape exit, there a smoking area there but don’t forget to take your room card with you. Or you will find yourself being locked in. Staffs are friendly too. Will book again for next trip.

SingaporeWe have to go to the reception level to get the coffee and tea. It will be good to let us sample snacks that we can buy from the souvenir shop downstairs. The hotel could tie up with the shop. Our cups in the room were not washed. We forgot to inform that the sink on the left side was choked. Our room is 730.
Very convenient location. Near to public transport, cafes, restaurants, pharmacy, convenient stores and more. We had a room with tatami mats and it was spacious for four adults! We like the view of the cross roads, Kyoto station and a glimpse of the mountains. We especially love the toilet which was separated from the bath area. We love the automated toilet seat opening, heated seat, deodorizer. We also like the 'onsen' style bathroom.

SingaporeFacilities were very aged. Room layout made moving around difficult. Despite the name, guest did not have unlimited access to kyoto tower. The first room we were given spelled strongly of sewerage.
Directly opposite Kyoto station. Had a 1 time use reduced admission cost for kyoto tower. Upon check in, there was an issue with the room and the staff very quickly assigned us a new room seamlessly.
