Smoking rooms, did not offer non smoking the first time. Had to repeatedly ask for a switch to non smoking room, stating that it was fully occupied. Other than that, the staff was friendly.

The walls are very thin; we could hear people on our same floor as well as people on the floor below ours. At night there was a party crowd (NYE and all), and they were loud even until 2am. It was annoying….

Staff could be better informed about tourist activities in Tokyo

I've been to 4 hotels in Tokyo, and this was without a doubt the best of them all. The rooms are much larger than most in Tokyo, the location is excellent, very close to the best neighborhoods in Tokyo. The staff are great, and they know how to speak English well (which is rare in other hotels) They are very helpful and try to help as best they can, always in a good mood and with a smile on their face. The only drawback is that they are a little misinformed about tourist activities in Tokyo, namely restaurants, transport, etc. But it's just a detail, because everything else is great.

The area of the hotel was so local to everything.. all the extras you give, the robe, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, brush, shavers, the staff were lovely and the breakfast every morning

Of course, everything is smaller in Japan. The restroom is something you have to get used to because of its size.

Japan is always an amazing place to explore. The location of the hotel allowed me to do that. Very close to the metro station, I was able to walk 3 minutes and be there. The women in the neighborhood are gorgeous, and the food options around are wonderful!

My plan included breakfast, and it was quite good. But it was the same western breakfast every day. So I asked for Japanese breakfast, and they accommodated for that request. That was wonderful! They also serve freshly baked goods every evening at the lobby. WiFi is available in every room even though it's not advertised as such.

Rooms are small - but fine for shorter stay. The hotel does not have a lobby or other area to stay in e.g. In rainy season, when you like to be somewhere else than in your room. There is no bar or cafe, the only room to stay in is reserved for breakfast
