Woman at reception upon arrival (I wish Id got her name) was amazing. Helped me find my friends hostel and was extremely accommodating and welcoming. At night when I arrived back after a night out I wasn't too happy with the attitude of the male receptionist just rude and seemed like he didnt want to be in work. He could have been tired so i didnt take it personally. Apart from that I had a great time and wish yous the best. Thanks.

towels were not very clean, room was cleaned during our stay & towels replaced but even those were not that clean. possibly humid atmosphere

great location, 5 min walk from Amsterdam Centraal train station. there are lot of trains for airport which is fastest way to reach airport 6 euro per person. its on busy lively street. everything one can expect in Amsterdam was available within 5 min walk from hotel :) . 24/7 there was a person available at hotel lobby. we had double room without view so it was in basement, no noise. had small room with small sofa & closet, then bedroom with double bed & large bathroom.

I was planning a quiet, relaxing and sight seeing weekend in Amsterdam. I did not realize it was the Kings Birthday and Hotel CC was in the middle of the drunken holiday feast. As a result, I checked of the hotel on Saturday am and went to another quite hotel outside of the central area. Managment was unwilling to refund an evening, which was disappointing.

I booked a canal room, which was tiny but nice the evening. The room was clean.

I woke up to Dripping from the ceiling on the 16th tues morning. My Partners, nike Hoody, Rangers top & Jeans, got drenched in dirty water from the room above. went and told reception, who handed us both a breakfast voucher for that day. we also paid to upgrade to that room, so I thought they would at least give us the money back for that as my partners clothes are ruined.

The location and view were great, the room has a comfy bed and is well set up with all that we needed and had a bigger shower than the two other locations we stayed at on this trip. Staff was super nice and accommodating. Overall, my daughter and I really liked this hotel.

Room was slightly smaller than expected. But that’s quite normal in Amsterdam

Hotel CC is very strategically located. It’s about 500meters from Amsterdam Centraal, which means to can get to almost everywhere else very very easily. They have a 24hr reception with the sweetest staff who always welcome you with a smile. The check in and check out were hassle free due to them. The rooms are apt for the location and has everything you would need. The city view rooms open into a Main Street with many restaurants and supermarket and what not. It may get a little noisy but nothing to complain. The canal view opens onto the main canal. Overall a pleasant stay

The bed wasn't very comfortable, but that is a personal preference.

We found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. They always talked to us and and offered advice when we asked questions. The hotel was quiet which was a bonus too.

Hotel staff randomly entered the room without knocking. There was a bodily fluid stain on the bed sheet and when the room was cleaned, the bed was made but sheets were not changed (even with stain visible).

Perfect Location!! Very convenient. Clean super tiny cute room (besides linen). Amazing shower pressure. Body wash supplied.

In my personal opinion, the room have poor natural light, but is not problem for tourists that arrive late to rest.

The best location in asmterdam!, near of canals, restaurants and commerce, red light district, amsterdam central train and metro stations! The personal and the clean services is very good
