Maddie in restaurant was super efficient and very good liaising with chef to check gluten free status

“The Zermatt has beautiful grounds, which include a carousel (WOW, right?), a pond and walking trail. The gym is AMAZING - lots of equipment, a sauna and a steam room. I didn't have the chance to check out the spa facilities, unfortunately. I think it was Heather, who kindly showed us around. There's also a small pool. Our bed was comfy, and I could easily have stayed longer.”
