The rooms need a bit of renovation. Some wear and tears are noticeable. It seems the property is quite old from the room furniture. Some upgrades would be nice to see to amplify the experience.

The room size is very good. The rooms have nice balcony and amazing views. Staff is very helpful. Centrally located but the surroundings seem to be bit congested.

A round of 4 drinks in the Sky bar cost more than the entire stay. £328!

The hotel was fabulous, and breakfast was amazing. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.

No more hot water after filling bathtub, had to shower with cold water. Swimming pools not heated. Breakfast pools side tables are designated smoking tables.

The room was very tired which was upsetting for world famous lebua hotel. No mention on booking.com about not being allowed out on the balcony but makes sense being so high up. The view is still incredible.

The bar was very expensive but it’s to be expected cos you are paying for the view.

The rooms were huge and the bed was super comfortable - kinda old world luxe which was lovely as it was a treat for Xmas. The views were outstanding and the breakfast buffet was sensational.

Room was not up to par for a 5 star hotel, the bed was hard not comfortable, sky bar and the restaurant are very expensive but great experience, the hotel have too many workers.

Our room needed some love. Furniture was needs a refresh, kitchen has not a single utensil, plate, etc so couldn't even warm up leftovers in a full size kitchen, which had terrible lighting BTW. AC in one room didn't work well. Just needs an update. I'd say my #1 complaint which others have noted is the cost of drinks at ALL the bars. Sky Bar was fun and worth one cocktail but thats it.

We had a 3 bedroom suite that was very large, fit our family of 5 (all adults) very well, nice views from the balcony, staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet was included in our package and was great, very convenient to be able to get a good breakfast before exploring the city, good location close to the BTS station and pier.

No sauna or changing facilities for swimming pool, a/c was constantly blowing warm air in the bedroom, even having spoken to a member of staff about the issue who had come to deal with the TV which was not working, just disappointing, standards seem to have dropped sadly

Washing machine in the suite wasn’t working. Wasted half our day. Even after it was changed, the issue wasn’t resolved. Coffee machine wasn’t working properly. When you project yourself as a luxurious and sophisticated property and charge accordingly, then such shortcomings are unpardonable. Also, too many staff around you when in common areas. Intrudes into the guest’s privacy. The lobby had more staff than guests at any given time. Not sure what was their purpose.
