The location is not superb if you’re looking to party.

The speed and busyness of the lifts heading to level 58 was a little slow and often overcrowded. Also the smell in the public lobby (not the main hotel lobby) was at times putrid.

Amazing view, generous facilities and friendly staff. It was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was extensive and the gym facilities worked well. Certainly would return here.

Outside the hotel area was not very nice, lobby of main building not consistent with a 5 star hotel. Drinks massively overpriced.

Hotel rooms are a little bit outdated. Also the walls between the rooms are quite thin it seems. Our neighbours arrived at 2 AM our last night and woke us up. Unfortunately this was not just for a short period, cause they seemed to have never met a light switch before (which we heard being turned off and on again and again). They kept me awake for over an hour…

Good location close to the ferry, large rooms. Reasonable price with good breakfast.

I absolutely hated the way the staff judge your appearance for entry to level 52 and 68 (bar and tower area) I understand there's a dress code and an image to uphold but the approach could be more gentle. Also warning that if you want to visit the tower/top floor the drinks are suoer overpriced, even a mocktail. You're pressured to purchase a drink (starting price approx $50+ AUD) and if you change your mind and want to drink elsewhere you get ushered and escorted out swiftly and firmly like you did something wrong. On level 52 (No° 3 bar) i said i wanted to check the view first prior to looking at the drinks menu. She told me I had to buy a drink first before the photo, otherwise I will have to pay them for the privilege for 1 photo of the view or to even take a step towards the entrance of the bar outdoors (absolutely ridiculous!) I was so turned off I didn't stay for drinks or view. To be honest, apart from the bar areas, the rest of the staff and stay was lovely.

Gorgeous views, exceptionally clean and good location Lobby area was beautifully presented and welcoming. The housekeeping was exceptional and very thorough. I walked in the room mid-clean and saw the care and detail that went into cleanliness (impressive) The male staff were all helpful and lovely. The women I felt were a bit less friendly and judgemental (applicable to bar areas only)

Didn't really like the fact that you couldn't check out the rooftop bars eventhough you were staying at the hotel. You had to consum a drink per person. also understand that there is a dresscode but didn't like the judgy looks you got if you were dressed business casual..

Some of the facilities in the room were out dated (such as furniture, wardrobes), several power points did not work, safe was not working (no power).

Fantastic holiday with my family! Always a pleasant stay at Lebua, wonderful hospitality, excellent breakfast buffet, prime location accessible by taxi and train line and comfortable stay in the 3 bedroom suite.

The bars & restaurants are very expensive and there’s nothing close to the hotel so need to get a taxi to other locations. Rooms are dated.

Perfectly fine room but the aesthetics could do with an upgrade now, some of the furniture and the in-room technology is dated and could do with modernising.

The views from the room on the 50+ floor. The staff are fantastic and very welcoming. The breakfast by the pool is great although it is self-service. Great location.

Our room was huge, but a lot of the space was wasted on us, eg the lounge area, which we didn’t use at all. As previous comments have stated the furniture is shabby and in need of refurbishment. Very comfortable bed though. View from the balcony was superb, but no chairs provided to sit out on it.

Beautiful hotel lobby and restaurant. Staff were exceptionally friendly and breakfast superb.

we've got a room with 2 separate beds and nobody even ask or tell that they don't have a double bed available.

1. The room is older so the maintenance of facilities needs to be strengthened. 2. There are nails on the floor that need to be inspected to prevent customers from stepping on them and getting injured.

1. Accommodation location: close to the road, about 10 minutes from the nearest subway station, and many well-known snack bars nearby 2. Personnel service: The personnel are friendly and attentive 3. Hotel equipment: The room is older, but the space is large and the high-rise view is beautiful 4.The beautiful scenery from the high-rise building is really worth staying here

Rooms need sprucing up.

Room was good size although it looked very tired and old. You can see the wear and tear everywhere. Right from touch ups of paint on walls to carpet discolouring in places. We wanted to stay in a room with balcony hence we chose Lebua. Check in was smooth and so was check out. Breakfast was decent as they have hot options for Vegetarians.

sky bar is fantastic and the breakfast blew my mind. they must have flown in chefs from all corners of the world. never seen anything like it.
