The location is PERFECT, Sisaneh Metro is just 100 meters far from the hotel. The staff was very friendly and very welcomed. We stayed on the 5th floor in a sea-view room which was perfect and comfortable. the view was exceptional. Breakfast was very simple and it was the same for all 4 days we stayed, but acceptable.

Bedroom smelt musty and do with a spruce up - little tired and new towels wouldn’t go amiss.

The location is super. The room looked like in the pictures. The breakfast offers a very decent selection. The breakfast staff are lovely, especially the head chef lady who made an impression (thank you) Last and not least, the reception staff are superb - professional and helpful.

Loved the hospitality, staff were really helpful and welcoming. Yicel and Hakan are very friendly and they guided us thoroughly regarding the whereabouts of everything we needed to know. The hotel is placed in a very good location, all major landmarks can be reached conveniently.

The location was very good close to everything and to Istiklal street and galata tower....I like the staff.they were very helpful..for example at the reception Mr.Uger and Mr.Arif..they were very friendly . The staff.at the restaurant on the sixth floor also very friendly.....

We stayed in 1 grand deluxe room, precisely corresponding to the photos posted on the website. It was large with 2 windows and 1 balcony and a view of the golden horn and the bed was very comfortable. Cleaning and breakfast on the terrace are also ok. Perfect location 50 meters from the metro station and within walking distance of Galata Tower and Istikal Caddesi. Excellent all the staff, in particular Hakan and Berkay at the reception who were always very kind, professional and helpful, and provided very useful advices on the city. Thanks again Hakan and Berkay!

The hotel is perfectly located few steps from the Sishane metro station easy access to galata tower and bridge the ottoman design and decoration is simply lovely make us travel back in time as every floor and room has a name of one the sultans my room has the name of Gevher Sultan the daughter of Fatih Sultan Mehmet with a nice view of both Galata Tower and sea side . The rooftop is a big plus with its amazing view On the top of that the great staff who are so friendly and so helpful I would like to thank specially Hakan who was extremely nice and so helpful and also Fatih who are in the reception . I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back on my next trip to Istanbul

The towels were a bit smelly. The shower head was not working but they fixed it in no time. Great service.

We had a wonderful stay at Daru sultan. The staff were amazing. Shout out to Hakkan who helped us plan our day trip in istanbul. He was so nice and was always available for every request. We recommand Daru sultan for its uniqueness, great location and more importantly amazing staff.

Breakfast from the roof top was lovely over looking Istanbul. Great location and our room had a super view from 3 different windows (very large). Staff were really helpful also and quick to respond to any questions I had prior to even arriving at the hotel.

Definitely, Wi-Fi in my suite was not good at all. Upon arrival, I had difficulty finding the guy at airport exit 13 who put me in touch with the hotel car driver.

The location is perfect, personnel is very friendly and hotel interior is fabulous. Breakfast is very good.

Whilst the hotel is very well located, that does come with a cost of it being noisy at nighttime due to the plaza outside. The bathroom in our room was also a little too small. But overall that doesn't detect from the experience of staying here and I'd definitely stay here again.

Very well located hotel. Our room was a decent size and comfortable. But by far and away the best thing about this hotel were the team on reception, who were literally the most helpful hotel staff I have ever encountered. Our stay in Istanbul arose out of a medical emergency and difficulties getting flights home after it, so we were in need of a lot of help to overcome language barriers etc. The guys couldn't have been more willing to assist, even the phrase 'above and beyond' wouldn't do justice to the efforts they made for us at a difficult time when it was hugely appreciated.
