The room was quite small. There was only one night table next to the bed so we moved a lamp and chair to accommodate reading in bed. Not much space ace to do yoga in the AM in the room.

The room was bright , comfortable and clean. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Location is great did our purposes: museums, Central Park and west side music and theatre. The view from our 19th floor window of the east side and the sunrise was a quite lovely city scape.

Nothing, it was all perfect.

Honestly, everything was perfect. Even before I arrived I called a couple times. Answered right away and they were so friendly. Beds are super comfortable, a huge room for 5 adults (king suite), plenty of closets for people's things. They kept our bags, free of charge, after we checked out so we could explore before our bus left. It was clean, modern and super comfortable.

Hotel website and Booking.com don’t make it clear that hotel itself does not provide breakfast. There’s a diner next door. However, easier and much cheaper to buy stuff for breakfast from supermarket across the road. Overall, an excellent hotel.

Size and comfort of room exceeded expectations. Fabulous view towards Central Park. Kitchenette a really useful feature, especially when staying a week. Front desk friendly and helpful. They fulfilled requests promptly and efficiently. Relatively quiet location away from hurly burly of Times Square Only (one stop on 2&3 trains from 72nd St subway station).

Our parlor suite was incredible - full kitchen stocked with dishes, plenty of room for a crib (which they provided, with clean sheets) in the bedroom, and a bathroom that was accessible from the living room. A perfect place to stay for someone with kiddos who go to bed early!

The perfect location. We walked most places and when we caught the subway it was very close to the hotel. The view from our room on level 16 was fabulous.

I wasn't staying longer than one night. Should have booked a few nights. Brilliant.

Upon arrival after a long journey, the concierge rushed to greet me and took care of the luggage. Iomi on the front desk made sure I had a room with an amazing view & recommended a great pizza delivery. You will struggle to find a better location, room or staff I'm sure. Thank You. 100% will be staying here again on the next trip to The Big Apple.

There was some construction work going on so no bar or restaurant facilities which would have been good on the first night on arrival as we were tired. The day before our departure we had booked a taxi to the airport with the concierge, fortunately we checked in the morning (with a different concierge) and found our booking hadn’t been recorded even though we had gone through all the details etc.

We had booked two x 2 bed studio rooms and were upgraded to suites which were lovely, very clean and spacious. Each had a little kitchenette which was a great self catering option especially as there was a supermarket/deli directly across the road. We were 3 minutes walk from the subway which made travelling anywhere really easy. A very friendly nice neighbourhood and friendly staff.who arranged for wine and chocolates in my son’s room for his birthday which was a lovely and much appreciated surprise.
