The hotel owns the two restaurants on either side of it and to access the pools you needed to walk through them. It was uncomfortable walking through a full restaurant with your pool stuff. Also WiFi was slow, so slow the smart tv in the room couldn’t load our Netflix movie, we tried multiple nights.

Property was one block back from the beach, which was an easy walk. We also really liked the two pools on the property, one is a rooftop pool which got lots of sun and the other is more shaded if you need that. There was lots of bars and restaurants very close.

No garbage bag in trash, only tiny trash bin without a garbage bag in it.

There was no breakfast, it would have been nice to have other kitchen appliances other than only a fridge, perhaps microwave toaster electric kettle

Staff not friendly at all , Be careful they will ask you about 100$ deposit per day and they will say it’s refundable after 24hrs ! I didn’t receive my money and I complained nobody answer

Lady checking us was not very friendly and hard to understand her Spanish/English accent. But other staff were friendly. No coffee making machine in room, no pool towels were available when needed and 2nd room key not available. They don't allow you to leave your luggage for early/late check in, bit there is a lounge and outdoor area where you can wait.

Great central location. Pool on roof top of hotel next door which guests could use. Hotel located right outside bus stop to airport & other places as well as trolley buses. Good restaurants right outside the door.

The water bugs

Facility needs an exterminator. Big water bugs in the room. Bathroom was some what clean. Cleaner must wipe down around the toilet seat.

The hotel is old, appliances (mini fridge, air conditioning) are old.

The location is excellent, just a few blocks from the beach and the Miami Beach Convention Center. It's an old hotel, but comfortable. My stay was good and I didn't have any problems. Staff was nice and helpful.

We traveled with friends, so we booked two rooms together, they did not put us together, and the two rooms were very different. Our room was lovely while their room was not we had to ask for towels, a garbage can, an ice bucket, a safe, and a phone. we did request a room change, but there was no rooms available since the entire place was full, depending who’s at the desk we were either pleased or not pleased. One lady was nasty. The other one was lovely. It was a very bipolar experience.

The location is amazing, it’s walking distance to anything on Collins Avenue or Lincoln Road. The resort itself is pleasant and comfortable and you have all the basic amenities you need.

Value for money is awful.

They do not take your luggage. They ask for money if you want to drop your luggage for 1-2 hours when you are checking in to room. Rooms air conditioner is old and creating sound Hotels restaurants are adding unnecessary service charges and tip to the bill They will give you the worst room probably. They reserve the best room and even though it is available they don't give it.

They are reluctant to give the rooms with street view. Even though I highlighted I want a room with street view they say they were full and actually then I have figured out there were some available rooms. They do not accept luggages during check-in time. You either have to wait with your luggage until check-in or you can pay for it which is a shame. The air condition in the room creates a crazy sound during the night. The equipment is very old. Do not eat at the hotel's restaurants if you care about value for money. After what you order they add at least %30 to the bill for tip & service related expenses.

I've stayed here many times and always booked a suite (junior and king) usually my room is always a "suite". This time, I don't know if they had overbooked or couldn't accommodate me and didn't want to say. But it was a dressed up regular size room not comparable to their actual suites. When I address the front desk about it, they dismissed me and told me it's a suite and that's the only 1 available.

It’s just a little dingy…it’s clean but one of the older properties with older plumbing etc. I think tough to keep crisp/clean but overall a fun time! We had a junior suite which was great, a little odd the placement of the bathroom & public bathroom flusher.

The property needs to do better with the cleanliness, they sheets had old stains on them. No house keeping until you stay for 3 days. Not enough wash clothes for us to get new wash clothes

I didn’t like the service. The staff was rude. Waited at the bar 20 minutes and never received service. The front desk was asking me to let a “regular” disrespect and talk crazy to me. I will never stay here again.
