Location was great as for the traffic. But not great for food options. Plus is that D.C is only about 20mins drive. Not far from downtown Baltimore.

Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations! My only gripe is that I chose this hotel because of the hot tub and it was out of service. With that being said we kept reservation because of everything else. That will not be our last stay there, we shall meet again! LOL!❤️

The pool had algae floating all over the top. My kids were upset that they couldn't get in, that was the highlight of the trip for them.

The restaurant service was very slow on Saturday night , one hour for burger and fries , is ridiculous they were definitely under staffed in the kitchen area .

Excellent customer service skills from the front desk , the bartenders and the maintenance staff. I had a issue with the shower my first morning, after calling the front desk maintenance responded within ten minutes and fixed the issue immediately ! You had a young man who did a excellent job providing security during the Evening hours I observed patrolling the parking lot as I pulled up and later he was posted near the front door greeting residents and providing a strong security presence. Happy hour was great , my room was spacious and comfortable the common areas were clean and spacious , parking was no problem just a overall great experience. I've stayed at multiple hotels in the area Embassy suites is definitely the best !

Very disappointed in breakfast buffet. No bacon, sausage terrible, very slow in refilling coffee. No refills of eggs or sausage. Omelets were good as were the bagels. Not up to embassey suite standards.

The bathroom was not as clean as it should’ve been. I did a quick wipe down before touching anything. The QR code menu was incorrect. We had our hearts set on a certain meal that was no longer available. Also, there were way too many older children unattended at the pool. They were a little too wild and rudely splashing water while toddlers were in the water with floating devices. Security was present the first day at the pool, but they appeared to be absent the second at the pool.
