The breakfast ws not very good

I always love the reception. The food was good from the kitchen. Beds are very comfy.

The breakfast helper Alex would put his gloved fingers on our plates we were eating and then ask if he could take it away. Um, no, and don't touch my plate unless I tell you too first! Gross. He did it over and over again.... The pool is too small for how big the hotel is. There were way too many people in there at the same time...

One of the housekeepers woke me up at 8 am to clean, and then again at 930 am. I really wanted to sleep in closer to check out. I was not expecting to feel rushed to leave.

The hotel needs a complete renovation. It's old and dingy in need of work. The front desk staff was not very friendly but the breakfast staff were very nice.

The breakfast was very good. The room was large, and the bed was comfortable. The location is right next to the mall and some other shopping so good location.

There was a noticeable gap under the door. Although curtained & frosted, front window isn’t appreciated. Tub fixtures need upgrade as dialing in water temp was very tedious. Room service to include breakfast would be nice. Plenty of parking so not sure why $10 to park in open lot.

Separate sitting area & bedroom. Always love Hilton pillows & Zero toiletries. Room service was good. Pool looked fun. The inside courtyard design is nice. Later check out time was awesome.

The elevators were not fully working. There was a huge conference happening that took over all the facility we were not informed of so we did not get full access to all the usual offerings.

Parking lot spaces closer to entrance very narrow. Shampoo attached to shower wall not refilled. Out dated shower nozzle that took a bit to figure out. The furnace in the room was a tad loud but good for white noise.

The room was very spacious. Large sitting room with lounge couch, table and chairs and TV. Separate bedroom with comfortable king-size bed with wonderful pillows. The bathroom is very large with extra linens. Free continental breakfast was great with lots of options. Large parking lot. Close to mall and gas stations. The staff was super friendly and welcoming.

I don’t walk very well, bad back and sciatica. Our room was one room short of being the farthest away from the elevator. Not their fault, it was only one night so I didn’t make a fuss about changing rooms. Next time will ask for room closer to the elevator

Food was great, the continental breakfast is wonderful. Most places either charge you a bunch of money for not much choice, or it’s a selection of cold fruits, pastry’s and or muffins. Not here. Great omelets, waffles, bacon and eggs. It was YUMMY. We had dinner in the restaurant one evening and not only was the food great the service was fantastic. Their beds are to die for. I have tried buying hotel linens, etc, but they are just never the same.

Elevators were extremely slow and overcrowded. Room 210 Fawcett needed repair and no follow up to do so.

Fairly good selection of food. Staff worked hard to replenish food and keep fresh. Polite and helpful when requests were made.

Showing its age. Needs better maintenance. At least a dozen leaks roof leaks over central core of building (seating for breakfast etc) with large garbage barrels catching the rain from 9 stories above. Also, bathroom sink in room had shot gasket and faucet ran constantly (and not just a dripping) Just needs major infrastructure review. Currently treated like a cash cow…

Good sized rooms. Very good breakfast and good happy hour.

Pool was over crowded, lots of kids diving in the pool and not enough seating for the ones who were there to watch their kids. It was very humid in that room. Also, with as big as the place is there should be another set of elevators, with a limit of 5 people per ride that’s impossible to get anywhere. Especially for the ones who are not able to take the stairs.

The elevator service was terrible with long waiting lines no matter what time of the day. This was true of both days we were there. We much prefer their downtown location.

The cooling system was extremely loud and the compressor unit was located in the bedroom area. I am a light sleeper and the noise was bothersome even when just sitting in the room, chatting with friends, family (in person or on the phone). The hotel was packed and the elevators were extremely slow. One of the 3 main elevators did not work the entire time I was there (4 nights). Even though a sign clearly stated: no more than 5 passengers, this rule was broken repeatedly, as the wait for an elevator was too long

Bed was comfortable and when I asked for foam pillows, someone brought them fairly quickly. It was easy enough to get fresh towels when needed, or other necessities (more coffee, creamer, cups). The buffet breakfast with daily "made to order omelette station" was by far superior to many 5* hotels and was COMPLIMENTARY. There was also a lot of area to spread out, so I felt safe (infection-wise). I was also very impressed with an evening supervisor, Iman, who went over and above to help me out after I clumsily broke a glass and the regular housekeepers were all too busy to help me. Iman did this herself and could not have been more professional and helpful.
