It’s a huge hotel and it was hard to find a parking space in the limited outdoor spaces. The pullout bed was difficult to use and very squeaky and uncomfortable. The location was a bit isolated, and far from the city with traffic.

The breakfast and pool/hot tub were great, room was clean and spacious with enough towels and bedding.

Scrambled eggs were tasteless. Red wine is not supposed to be kept in a fridge.

When I checked in the receptionist spoke very quietly and in a high pitch voice. It was hard to understand her. She was very unhelpful. She never asked how I was doing and after I received my keys she didn't even tell me where my room was. Another thing I did not appreciate was I did not receive maid service while I was there. I was there for two nights and never received maid service between the two days I was staying there. Overall it was a great stay besides those two items.

Size of the room was nice. The accommodations were nice.

Cocktail happy hour location was confusing, pre-opening. Upgrade bar and restaurant staff were snobs.

Some stuff are a little worn out and needs maintenance. The outlet in our room behind the sofa and sidetable is broken.i saw my son plugging something in and it worried me that he could have accidentally touched a live wiring inside. The lamp plug by the other side is also worn out.

Location, there was a bingo activity for the guests and we enjoyed it.

The parking was very congested. The hotel is pretty dated but overall a good experience.

The location is great. Lots of nearby restaurants and shopping- especially Washington Town Square. The hotel is nice, we had to switch rooms as our first room reeked of cigarette smoke. The staff was very apologetic and moved us right away. The only other issue we had was the extra blanket was put in the plastic blanket bag still damp so it was wet when we went to get it out for our third child. We called and they immediately brought us a new one and apologized. The breakfast was good and kids enjoyed the pool.

My bed was comfortable overall but at only 6’ tall my feet were hanging off the end. Which made me have to sleep diagonally across the mattress. Also as a contractor. I could not help but notice many of the tiles were loose or already cracked. Needing repair.

Great staff. They were very helpful. Very quick to fix a booking issue I had. Also helpful with selection of a local place to eat.

the hide a bed in the room was very uncomfortable, and the extra blanket in the closet seemed very old, itchy, and just all around not good quality. I didn't want to use it because it seemed grungy. but other than that everything was perfect

we came to stay for a friend's birthday, we were pleasantly surprised but the provided drinks to start our night. 😁
