Our room was next to some sort of air unit that ran all the time and you could hear it in our room. Then the room air conditioner was very noisy and the bathroom door didn’t close.

I wish the big dining room where you have breakfast was open for lunch and dinner and had a bigger variety of food that you could choose from.For example, flounder or steaks, shrimp etc…

I liked that it was on the beach. We had an ocean view room. There was a little restaurant/bar that was open for lunch and dinner. Your basic hamburgers, Poboys, etc.. It is nice if you didn’t wanna go out to eat you could just go downstairs.

The bed was quite uncomfortable, was painful after 3 days but the front desk said they had no aids such as mattress topper or quilted sheet. Mini fridge kept everything frozen and leaked at the same time. Our room was also above the loading bay so it was loud at all hours of the night and early morning hours.

Ocean view and access, pool area, spacious room, proximity to town, very friendly staff, clean and quiet.

I expected the room to be cleaned and serviced and towels exchanged each day. Neither was done.

The pool was covered but was not indoors and it was so cold outside we couldn’t use the pool that you advertise as indoor. It was NOT indoor!

Mostly just the other guests that sometimes made the hallways unclean. Also would have liked to be able to get chairs or towels for the beach.

That it was a beach and pool view with two sliding glass doors including one in the master bedroom. Also liked that it was a 3 bedroom with plenty of space.

My first night there was not much fun, my room smelled like mold and no tv to watch and very uncomfortable. But they took care of that for me.

I love my stay on the second night. i was comfortable and more relaxed. They changed my room. i was well pleased with my upgrade customer service was great.

The only thing I would say I didn't like was how High up we were. We were on the 12th floor and I'm not fond of heights. So, next time we stay I would like to request a lower room. But still with an ocean view.

We loved how accessible the ocean was and our room was perfect and comfy. Our children enjoyed the lazy river and I enjoyed the hot tub and liked that there was plenty of seating. I enjoyed going to the balcony and watching the sunrise each morning. I'd say this was a perfect time to come in the year. The sun wasn't overwhelming and it was comfortable temp throughout the days we were there. (April 15-19) we had no rain too so that was a nice bonus!

We always had trouble with the door lock. The lock for one of the balconies didn't work, so we couldn't get on that balcony.

the management company need to let you know that if you arrive late (after 5pm) the hotel will not help you for maintenance. We were able to obtain extra blankets.

It needs to be updated, paint peeling, wallpaper peeling, mold growing.. it needs a redo and a facelift.. it’s hard not to look at that kind of stuff when you’re sitting and staring at it.

We were on the 15th floor so I was not able to enjoy the balcony. Too high up. Also the pool and hot tub and arcade closes at 11pm

I think some things can be updated in the rooms like remodeling. The room was far from the strip so there was no where to walk. Other than that it was good for the children.
