Parking…parking was a pain. But it’s okay, everything else makes up for it

There were a lot of complaints that i read about cleanliness and the elevators. First there are 16 floors, it’s gonna take a hot second for an elevator. Second, cleanliness…there was always maintenance and cleaning service on every floor. Came to our room daily with new towels, always cleaning up water on floors from the pool area. Security on staff, cameras. I can say we’ve been going to Myrtle beach for a few years and this was by far my fav resort!!!! The staff always greeted you with a good morning or a have a good night. The bar tenders were amazing, especially with my small chiller when asking for a mocktail.

The unit had not been renovated and it really needed it. No breakfast except for the buffet which I could not afford. One night (8/19) we enjoyed the pool bar and a great bartender but the following night was the opposite. The lady bartender was irritating and caused us to go elsewhere.

The view but being in a non-renovated unit a lot of the view was blocked by the level of cement railing you had to stand up. Also one chair was broken.

As big as this property is there should be more staff in check in and check out the lines are super long. The elevator is overly packed it’s only two. Our room did have leakage in the guest bathroom in the wall.

I always like the fact of the bar, the pools the lazy river the kiddie area for the smaller kids. I did not know they even had a game room.

I didn't like how one of three TVs didn't work but yes we were there on vacation. I called the front and desk once and I know they're busy but at that point we really didn't need any more TVs. The game room needed a little work the carpet in there seemed very wore out and had a little bit of a smell. In the condos I do wish we had extra blankets just to relax with on the couch. Also the elevators need air conditioning or some kind of ventilation because it was a little stuffy in there.

I loved the view we had. The pools were great and I loved the snack bar with the adult beverages. I loved how each bed had plenty of pillows and the room smelled great when we walked in.

The room needed to be upgraded. Carpet on terrace was torn, room smelled musty and one of our group had no shower curtain and was given the curtain to hang herself

The room was renovated, but the old carpet was still in. A little bit smelly. The waiting time by the elevator is very long.

Well, because I work at a resort, I am probably going to see things a little different than the average person coming in, There was not a whole lot wrong with the two units that I rented, but some of those things if not, most of those things should have been caught by housekeeping management. I did request maintenance for two issues during our stay, and the maintenance worker was very professional and prepared to address the issues at hand, again, because I work at a resort I certainly have the ability to do a comparison, and the gentleman gets an A+, in both hospitality and job performance. Front desk workers were also friendly and helpful although at one point in time, they really did not seem to have enough people for the amount of work in front of them, but they were giving 100% to address all situations.

Proximity to the beach and pools and waterslide, also the staff who I came into contact with were very nice

The sliding door to the balcony was extremely hard to open and close. It was like it was off the track or warped. I think towels should be left at the door every day. Never received any, but my daughter in another room did.

The pool area was very nice. The room was nice and clean.
