The toilet seat came off , sliding causing me to slam my shoulder against the wall. The toilet seat was a push down clip and top pop, in which anyone in the industry knows the bathroom is where most incidents occur, would put a seat down that is properly secured by direct brass and nut connections. I am $300 in medical bills in NY so far. Be careful

The staff. They are everything. I've stayed at multiple discount hotels in the area and the staff here keeps the area nicer and the room cleaner than anywhere else I've stayed. For this price, it's not even close. Stay here.

I saw a small roach, not a big deal to be honest, and the water pressure from the shower wasn’t working properly, but not a big deal as u get plenty of good things by staying there.

The place is really close to the premium outlets around the area and also those big department stores from just across the street, very good dining places to go to and also convenient stores. The place was neat and comfy, heater and cooler was working smoothly. Felt always safe even late at night

Oh my nothing like pictures, tv didn’t work,no coffee pot,no microwave,no phone,hairdryer completely off wall, had half roll of toilet paper, toilet uneven and rocked when you sat down,locks on doors inside and out didn’t work properly, even folks next door couldn’t get out of their room at 1:30am, locksmith had to come and hammer and work beside us,our door wouldn’t work night before to get in at midnight. Staff only said “you’re welcome” each time we had to call for anything that was supposed to already be there when we said “thank you “, not “I’m so sorry”.Totally unacceptable inside and out. People looking for a cheaper hotel which I understand need to pick another. When you look out your window you see other inexpensive places to stay, it’s like they are halfway closed. The things I have listed are supposed to be in the room, any even low price hotel has the bare necessities, I had already called 2 times and emailed before trip, no answer from management so didn’t bother again.

The promised and advertised breakfast and shuttle to the parks had been suspended indefinitely. There were tiny roaches in the bathroom. Our double occupancy room only had one towel in it, no wash cloths and no hand towels. When I called to request more, staff was rude. I could understand if this happened once, but two nights in a row only one towel was given.

Location was the only good thing about the property.

Room was clean, nice and spacious, close to Universal and Disney world. Staff was really helpful, our hairdryer didn’t work and the receptionist came to replace it within a minute.

I booked 2 rooms. One was in great condition. The other microwave was plugged, but TV was not. The remote was broken. Bathroom was deteriorated, and towels only 2 mixed colors and textures. Housekeeping came every day, but did not sweep the floors or cleaned Bathroom. Literally you can see it. They just made the bed and left new towels.

We used room number 126 at the hotel..., if we can even call it a room, considering the deplorable state it was in. This accommodation lacked adequate lighting, forcing me to work remotely under the dim light of a lamp. The bathroom had a flush leak. Upon reporting the issue to the maintenance person, we were informed that they couldn't fix the leak effectively, despite the constant noise that bothered us. The shower, located inside a bathtub, did not allow proper water drainage, resulting in a quick filling of the tub. Even after requesting assistance, we were told that the problem could not be resolved, forcing us to wait for the water to drain before taking a sequential shower. To our surprise, cockroaches roamed the room and bathroom more frequently than we did. As for room cleanliness, it was practically nonexistent. The accumulated trash remained in the room for the four days we stayed, and the sheets seemed to be the only part of the accommodation that received some superficial attention. Given these conditions, it is impossible to overlook the precarious state of this establishment. The experience was extremely unpleasant and does not align with the expectations of proper hospitality service

The room had a very strong musty smell, no one could sleep, our noses were stuffed up and we had the flu because the air conditioning was on every 30 minutes and the bathroom also made a strange noise every half hour.

I killed 19 bugs in the bathroom the first night. Every time I reserve through Hotels.com I select hotels. The app constantly sends me to motels. There was no elevator at this location and the front desk guy said he had no rooms on the first floor, which I don’t believe was true.
