Reception not welcoming. No people's skills. We nearly never booked in and left because the young girl was so rude.

The facilities and the housekeeper called Anthony. Very polite, always smiling, he cleaned the room impeccably and is a credit to your company. He should be trained for the front desk. He has excellent people skill.

Carpets could do with a proper cleaning, also dust on wardrobes, found a bunch of hairpins under the table, overall cleanliness could be much better

The location is perfect. Central, on the strip walking distance to all attractions.

No coffee machine in room, and no way to heat water for a cuppa.

Easy to self-check-in but meant we didn't have any interaction with any staff during our trip. Location excellent, rooms spacious and beds comfortable

The hotel is exceptionally located in the Las Vegas strip! You exit the hotel and you are in the center of everything! Check in staff were very helpful! Room was very spacious and so was the bath! Spotless clean! Would definitely stay here again!

View. Bigger Pool. Better mid-week pricing. Bellman’s attitude.

Easy access to Shows and Dining. Clean and quiet room. Staff was very fast to handle two requests. One for a shower chair and the other for a clogged toilet.

When our keycard stopped working, there was no customer service desk and no other staff available so our only option was to join the very long check in queue to get help.

We were kindly given a complimentary upgrade with wonderful views of the Bellagio fountains. Room was incredibly spacious with comfy beds, a fridge and large bathroom. Location ideal with excellent dining options. Pool area was spacious. Late checkout saved our bacon on the last day, with a choice of times.

The lack of sitting area around the pool that was affordable, ridiculous they don’t even have chairs at poolside to sit at without exorbitant cost, no umbrellas at poolside. Our sink drain was so slow to drain and never fixed.

Checkin was extremely slow, very few staff at Reception desk and quite surprised the basics not available in the room like coffee/tea making facilities.

Parking was confusing bc it was with the mall. Far walk from your car to your room with bags. Nobody at the desk to answer questions. Always a long line at registration desk

The pillows are terrible. We ended up having to ask for alternative pillows after a terrible first night sleep.

You can't beat the location! Family friendly. Big bright and spacious rooms.

Pool is only open 9 to 5. The chairs by the pool have to be purchased Guests can use the chairs on the patio away from the pool area. That was not very inviting!!!

Rooms were clean and spacious Loved the soaking tub Hard to leave that beautiful room. Location was convenient lots of shopping, dining options. Concert venue within walking distance.

Pricy and the casino level had us lost more often than not.

The view!!!!!! There was a beautiful view of the fountains across the street. The pool was awesome too. Very chill when we were there.

Pool closed at 5pm. As it was so hot, we were only getting to the pool in the afternoon. Other places we have stayed the pool closed a lot later. For Vegas I think 5pm is too early.

The room wasn’t as Wow as I’d liked. The tag on the sheet was at the wrong end, dusty on the furniture as if it wasn’t wiped off. Disappointed
