The facility is clean, rooms are roomy, but very dated and virtually no amenities. It’s just a place to sleep, but it’s comfortable, rooms in the back are very quiet.

Excellent location at intersection of North Beach and Chinatown, an easy walk to the waterfront, marina and ferry building. Perfect spot also to catch a ride to the GGB and Marin. The staff is minimal but very kind. Rooms dated, but very clean and not cramped. Walk out the door and there are tons of restaurant and cafe options though the area still hasn’t regained its pre-Covid vibrancy.

It would have been wonderful to have coffee or tea available in the room or in the lobby.

Front desk and housekeeping staff were great. I needed the Internet for work and it was fast and reliable.

There was some loud noises late at night but not due to the hotel, just being in the big city.

The location was perfect for the occasion I was in SF. It would have been nice to have access to coffee and a continental breakfast at the hotel.

The gentleman at the reception was amazing and did everything to make our short stay comfortable from recommending local sights to the hidden restaurants to visit.

The walls are very thin and you can clearly hear and understand your next-door neighbor. (I don't mind it because I sleep easy). You can also hear the elevator dings if your room is close to the elevator. Reviews mentioned there was no coffee maker or hot water for beverages, or a microwave, but I don't mind that. Also, don't shower with your bathroom door open because your fire alarm will go off because of the steam lol

Great location, very quiet and clean hotel inside, such a relief from the hustle and bustle of Chinatown. Very secure hotel. Very close to restaurants and a small grocery store in Chinatown. The room was a good size. It was also way cheaper than most hotels close to the Moscone convention center, it is about a 25 minute walk and the walk is safe (I walk along Kearny st. to 3rd st. to get to the convention center). The elevator goes to the 4th floor quick! The bed is on the firm side but I find it comfortable. Staff is super awesome and friendly.

Chinese breakfast possibilities nearby didn't meet our expectations.

The location is in the middle of the Chinese area. There are a lot of restaurants around. Dinner was always very well. Italian quarter is also close. Only some minutes to walk to the Big Bus station. Location is ver central.

Superb location between Italian area and Chinatown. Loads of excellent bars, restaurants and cafes within a 5 minute walk. Both areas felt very safe to walk around in. Open top bus tour passed across the road. Excellent location to explore San Francisco from.

We had an "inside" room, so there was no view apart from the windows of other inside rooms.

Perfect location, walkable to Fisherman's Wharf in one direction and Union Square in the other. Very clean and efficiently run.

We found the bath a bit dirty with hairs and pills under the bed. They do not provide breakfast service.

The staff were nice. We were allowed to leave our luggage at the front desk and it felt safe, so we could visit SF the day after. Room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Location is great.
