The service. Took the lady 30 minutes to come and check us in after ringing the counter ring. Then another 20 minutes to go make sure our room was clean and ready. Other then customer service, we had a great time.

Loved the scenery and overall experience. The Bar & Grill next door had great food also. The soaking pools felt amazing.

For the price, they need to update much of the property (one set of drapes didn't work, no internet in room, heat/cool control poor and while told we would be 'in the lodge' - simply not true.

Hot springs were nice and the construction is solid.

I had in my head the ‘hot springs’ were outdoors but that was likely my miss from not reading closely.

Jessica was wonderful ! When I arrived I had more than 10 questions and she quickly helped me get settled.

The bed was not as comfortable, had some sags. Breakfast is ok, but could use some variety. The information on the web site is not the same as when you check in. Pets allowed, check in time etc.

The remote location was wonderful. When needed we had internet access in our room.

The outpost room smelt of cigarettes. Not sure if this is normal or if someone smoked there

My fault for not researching! Make sure you stop and get snacks and drinks before you get there. There is limited food, although the bar/restaurant is good and there is a continental breakfast at the lodge. There is a BBQ area outside of the cabins that you can use if you want to bring your own food.

We stayed in the cabins on the 2nd floor. It was very peaceful facing the hillside.

Hot spring pools were disappointing -- basically 2 large bathtubs. No privacy. WIFI strength only available in the lobby and parking lot.

Little things could improve it a lot. A buffet breakfast with more options- and protein- would be great since there isn’t any food anywhere really. More lighting, another nightstand, fresh batteries for the remote bc it wouldn’t work, and the tub barely drained, hooks IN the bathroom…. Just little things that add up. Overall just an ok type of stay. But we planned to rest and do nothing so we were happy. Thank you.

A outdoorsmans dream! Plenty of hiking trails, horse rides, food next door and grills around the property for bbqs.. . The drive up to the lodge is beautiful along with the wildlife.. We enjoyed the hot springs and the incredible views... Friendly staff as well...

Breakfast bar was lacking….they mixed cold cereals, couldn’t be sure you’d get GF cereal. Only 1 pkg of oatmeal. No butter for on the delicious waffles. A few bananas were available as the fruit. Biscuits & sausage gravy was good! Small room but we were told an upgrade was available. The information should say the restaurant next door has limited hours until Memorial Day.

Gorgeous location! Easy access. Pools were great…Long hours of availability, no limit to time in the pools! They had ice water available all day long! Great recommendation for dinner at a lodge up the road, since the restaurant on the property was closed.

The restaurant was closed. Nobody enforced the rules of the pool. I think they should extend the hours of using the hot springs because that was the only thing to do there, and other guests camped out all day long in them.

The price to stay in the lodge is about 30 dollars over what it should be. The rooms that are away from the lodge all have showers. No bath tubs at all.

The staff was very friendly and breakfast was good. The room was very big and comfortable.
